I love the idea of a totally sapient android who has her own personhood. Phineas here has made androids in the past that seem to have AI but are likely just extensively programmed to resemble it, so I think he'd find Raptor pretty fascinating!

That's actually a pretty big part of her story as only two or three people encourage her that way as opposed to going "You are broken. Let's fix you!"

But seeing as she is part of a shady resistance movement, it may be fun to hang out with the criminal types as long as they stay away from her program!

Oh, no, he would not be able to understand that at all! It's such a huge breakthrough, not something that needs to be fixed. He might want to figure out how it happened and if it's replicable, but not by risking messing her up.

And I'm really intrigued by the sound of that, honestly! I like these different types of characters (whether drastically different or slightly) working together for missions and events and things. :D
