We hope everyone had a fun month! Some information for your ongoing journey.

IC Month

This month is the month of Kazoo. Days can be found here.

The thought of the month is "A journey well shared is a journey well enjoyed".

This means: Varied CR. The first thread with each character set in the month of Kazoo will earn you two bonus points during March and April.

Threads that fulfil this criteria can be submitted during April AC. You may find it easier to keep a tracking list of threads for easy compiling of bonus AC!

The ingredient of the month is tomato. Recipes are here. All the ingredients can be found in the storeroom and characters are welcome to make other food with them.

This month’s chore assignments are:
Blue: Laundry
Purple: Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
Red: Cleaning bedrooms and passenger areas
Orange: Meal Preparation

The Train

As the month moves onto the month of Kazoo, the train will stop to pick up new passengers. When everyone rejoins the train they will find a new sleeper carriage.

As a reminder, you can list things that characters have added to the train here. Just comment under the header of the carriage you are adding to!

Important Dates

This month’s event will be a world event on the 11th - 25th of March. (An info and plotting post will go up on the 7th)

The TDM will be posted on the 16th. Reserves will open on the 18th. Apps are between the 22nd and the 29th. AC will run from the 23rd to the 30th of March.

I mean unless he's super mean about it she won't even really sulk as much as just be kinda disappointed for an hour or so until she moves on. Admittedly she might be a little grumpy because it's not like she's some kid who has had no training at all asking to be trained, but she's not someone to push it and she's pretty quick to get over things. It's not in her nature to stay upset for very long.

Oh, he won't be an asshole about it since she won't be pushy. He just has a lot of self-trust Issues about teaching and is barely, baaaaarely dipping a toe into that water by trying to teach Devero some stuff.

His own training was beyond harsh with an incredibly high fatality rate among his fellow students, and he's not sure he can safely train someone else because his concept of normal is nonexistent and his instincts are often needlessly brutal. So he's trying, very carefully and very hesitantly, with someone he trusts.

You know, Cherry would honestly really respect that if she ever learned that that’s the truth of the situation. She appreciates people who are honest about stuff like that and are willing to admit it.

But nah she won’t be too awful about it. Disappointed sure, but pushy nah.

Probably the best way to find out would be if Dev told her, because Koumyou doesn't tend to share that sort of thing. It's not a secret, he just kind of reflexively holds people at a distance like that until if/when they get past his cheerful aloofness.

(But it's okay if she doesn't, too. IDK if Dev would tell her either, or if she'd even ask, etc etc etc.)
