March Information and CR meme!

We hope everyone had a fun month! Some information for your ongoing journey.

IC Month

This month is the month of Kazoo. Days can be found here.

The thought of the month is "A journey well shared is a journey well enjoyed".

This means: Varied CR. The first thread with each character set in the month of Kazoo will earn you two bonus points during March and April.

Threads that fulfil this criteria can be submitted during April AC. You may find it easier to keep a tracking list of threads for easy compiling of bonus AC!

The ingredient of the month is tomato. Recipes are here. All the ingredients can be found in the storeroom and characters are welcome to make other food with them.

This month’s chore assignments are:
Blue: Laundry
Purple: Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
Red: Cleaning bedrooms and passenger areas
Orange: Meal Preparation

The Train

As the month moves onto the month of Kazoo, the train will stop to pick up new passengers. When everyone rejoins the train they will find a new sleeper carriage.

As a reminder, you can list things that characters have added to the train here. Just comment under the header of the carriage you are adding to!

Important Dates

This month’s event will be a world event on the 11th - 25th of March. (An info and plotting post will go up on the 7th)

The TDM will be posted on the 16th. Reserves will open on the 18th. Apps are between the 22nd and the 29th. AC will run from the 23rd to the 30th of March.

Mami Tomoe (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Purple)

Character: Mami Tomoe (magicurls), Purple team
About them: From Puella Magi Madoka Magica. She's a magical girl, supreme chef and baker, but mostly works on the train as a healer! Her small Shaymin, Rosetta, is always at her side.
Plans: Platform is a big day for her, with the arrival of two Kyokos and a Homura! She'll be a little overwhelmed with nostalgia and regret, but she'll do her best! She's not planning to attend the ball, but she might be at the kids' gaming event that night---and then there's mission! She's recovered from her identity crisis for the most part, and should be okay to make new friends and hang out.
CR wanted: More friends! Please, she needs them. Food buddies, healer team...
Things to avoid: Nothing specific!

Seto Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh, Orange)

Character: Seto Kaiba (blue_ice), Orange team
About them: From Yu-Gi-Oh. A former tech CEO and arrogant top card game player, he now...plays train tech support? He's not that bad, promise.
Plans: Platform is going to hit him hard, as he's losing two people he was very close to. He won't be very social on the day and will need to be drawn out of hiding. He will attend the ball with Yugi and can be lured into dancing with his friends, and then mission. Other than that, he's still working on Yugi's VR game and will invite testers.
CR wanted: Always looking for friends! People willing to learn Duel Monsters (he has a big spare case of cards for people to build decks), people he can teach tech to, or just people who want to pet a cute little apple lizard.
Things to avoid: All good!

Entrapta is going to start building her own battle monster themed friend, so she may want to talk to him about his buddy.

She doesn't have any siblings but she kind of wants to sister-adopt him now.

How does he keep gravitating toward big sisters? I don't know, but it's cute and I approve.

He'd love to let her play with Snapper for 'research' and talk about training!
