March Information and CR meme!

We hope everyone had a fun month! Some information for your ongoing journey.

IC Month

This month is the month of Kazoo. Days can be found here.

The thought of the month is "A journey well shared is a journey well enjoyed".

This means: Varied CR. The first thread with each character set in the month of Kazoo will earn you two bonus points during March and April.

Threads that fulfil this criteria can be submitted during April AC. You may find it easier to keep a tracking list of threads for easy compiling of bonus AC!

The ingredient of the month is tomato. Recipes are here. All the ingredients can be found in the storeroom and characters are welcome to make other food with them.

This month’s chore assignments are:
Blue: Laundry
Purple: Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
Red: Cleaning bedrooms and passenger areas
Orange: Meal Preparation

The Train

As the month moves onto the month of Kazoo, the train will stop to pick up new passengers. When everyone rejoins the train they will find a new sleeper carriage.

As a reminder, you can list things that characters have added to the train here. Just comment under the header of the carriage you are adding to!

Important Dates

This month’s event will be a world event on the 11th - 25th of March. (An info and plotting post will go up on the 7th)

The TDM will be posted on the 16th. Reserves will open on the 18th. Apps are between the 22nd and the 29th. AC will run from the 23rd to the 30th of March.

1 v 1 him, then we'll see who adopts who. Otoha is older than him I think.

Otoha hasn't had really... any positive female figures in his life, other than Yurine and like... Homura (another Karas) for like five minutes. So... yep.

That's a LIL BIT tricky? In the body he's in currently, common agreement is around 24-26 (I place him at 26). But if he didn't die he'd be in like... Mid 30s. So essentially, his soul is 35-36ish, but the body he was summoned back into is mid 20s.
TL;DR 26 in his current body. (The Kitsune is 1000+ and has all 9 of his tails) so if Otoha is older than 26, yep he's older than wwx.

Okay yeah bird will be by his side as a new mom/sis figure, he can't escape this. Gothbird will be assimilated into her makeshift flock

He's 27. I think. I had to make up an age, it's my best guess given a variety of things. Tatsunoko does not care about giving us answers in Karas.

Yeah his mom died in childbirth so. Uh. Yep. He also comes from a very toxic masculinity sort of 'world' but he's getting over that quickly. If Willow can fight that gives her even more points in his book.

Sad fistbump of Not Having Exact Ages from the author. Thanks, I hate it! But yeah he'll be older then, I had wwx turn 26 the day he entered Slumscape since opening day WAS his birthday, which is canon (halloween, hilariously).

Willow might have some trouble with that but she's faced far worse from human kings in her world devaluing her and challenging her authority simply because she's a woman. She's got this, and she's stubborn. To a fault at times. But if it's something/someone she believes in, her stubborn resolve generally pays off. She might get annoyed with him depending on things, but she won't give up.

Yeah he doesn't devalue women he's just not used to seeing them in fights and also hasn't had much in the way of relationships with women at all. It's more of a moment of "[blink blink] well okay" than looking down on them, for the record.

He does like the stubborn, though. It's pretty much the fastest way to become a friend - just attach yourself and don't leave him alone for too long.

Oh yeah then he'll be FINE. Devaluing women is a HUGE pissoff to her, especially from human men who have seats of power and authority that act like they're better than others (human nature am I right?). If she's treated as an equal, but disagreements happen, then that's one thing.

Once she chooses to believe in someone, she sticks to that belief and will be a steadfast ally and friend willing to risk herself for them. Good thing she heals quickly.
