OOC: Eva's reclaimed being in-charge of these and this will be periodically updated as time goes by. There's an IC Common Knowledge and Rumours post for what it says on the tin.

The leaflet guide's printed over three standard A4 computer paper pages, and separated into various headings that've been linked for OOC ease. As well as a number of copies, there's also a copy pinned next to each ICP with a handwritten IC calendar under it that is horribly out of date.
