We hope everyone had a fun month! Some information for your ongoing journey.

IC Month

This month is the month of Nebula. Days can be found here.

The thought of the month is "Make new friends, but don’t forget the old, One is silver, the other is gold.".

This means: Threading with the same character twice this month will earn you two bonus points. As a note it is possible to earn this more than once with the same character (if you thread with them four times, you will get the bonus twice) however we still expect people to mix and thread with a variety of people!

Threads that fulfil this criteria can be submitted during October AC. You may find it easier to keep a tracking list of threads for easy compiling of bonus AC.

The ingredient of the month is yadon (slowpoke) tail (a strange, tough, gamy meat). Recipes are here. All the ingredients can be found in the storeroom, refreshed at the platform, and characters are welcome to make other food with them.

This month’s chore assignments are:

Blue: Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms

Important Dates

This month’s event will be a mission event running between the 11th and 24th of September.

The TDM will be posted on the 17th. Reserves will open on the 19th. Apps and AC are between the 22nd and the 29th.

~ Due to some real life issues Elle has dropped her characters from the game, she is remaining as assistant mod as she feels able to still help behind the scenes. She will be back playing once things calm down for her!

~ We have a mission guide in the works, in the hope that it will help ease new players through their first mission. If anyone has any suggestions of anything else pertinent they think needs to go in there please let us know!

~ A question about team switching has been added to the FAQ.

About them: A digitally-created copy of a magical girl. Sweet and well-meaning, even if she's clumsy and unsure of the world around her as she's trying to be someone that isn't a copy of herself.
Plans: Well, Nozomi discovered that she can control plants before the vacation, so she'll be diving more into that and expanding her horizons!

Character: Senku Ishigami ORANGE TEAM

About them: The mad scientist protagonist of Dr. Stone who holds several jobs in canon including village chief, leader of the known human world, doctor, engineer, scientist...it's a never ending list.

On the train, he works often in medical and constantly has some kind of project on the go because he can't sit still. He's a Junior Lead for Orange, one of the understudies to Eva and Curufin. He has been learning magic out of curiosity. He has also been investigating the train and the nonsense surrounding it.

Plans: Aside from working on a new spell, and building his models in the evenings he doesn't have a lot of plans. He had a conversation at the train, and is now further convinced it does not hold their best interests at heart, considering he gave the train several alternate methods of communication to try, none of which were enacted. His current goal is to get the train to talk to them and he's considering something more drastic that the train would have to take notice of.

CR wanted: On the last mission, Senku was tortured and then he basically made himself scarce. When it came to vacation island, he actually took a vacation. His current plan of 'let's not talk about anything troublesome' is totally working.

Outside of that, he wouldn't mind more people to talk to, it would be nice if someone could get him to relax the rest of the time instead of working like he does. He isn't sure what to expect about the upcoming mission and is a little anxious about it after the last one.

Also he has open project slots if anyone needs anything!

Things to avoid: If you don't want to piss off Senku, don't grab him. I'm fine with it, if you want to try, but expect a not-so-nice response.

About them: Usually the crazy one from that show full of cultivators and basically everyone wants him dead. Slightly unhinged but trying to be better. He's lost a little bit of his edge recently because of some personal stuff that he's tired of people trying to get him to feel better about.

Plans: He's been losing a lot of his close CR lately and it's really started to put him on edge. And him being on edge is not good for any body. So he takes great pleasure in being able to let loose on missions and he doesn't feel he has been allowed to do that as much as of late. So chances are if this next mission involves fighting, he will be throwing caution to the wind and letting loose. So he probably could use someone to just settle him back down before he kills the wrong person. Someone keep him out of going back into solitary confinement again.

CR wanted: He needs mostly good CR. People that won't set him off. He really isn't afraid to hurt people so if you actually do want your character cut...well...this guy would be the one. But mostly he needs people that will help show him what it means to be a good human being.

Things to avoid: Don't talk about Xingchen. Don't talk about feelings and probably best to avoid provoking him in anyway. He has three swords hidden under his clothes and he's not afraid to use them.

Character: Elidibus [OU]

About them: Ancient entity. Walking spoiler for much of Final Fantasy XIV Online's story. Borrows a body (don't worry no one was using it at the time) to be seen by most people.

Plans: He doesn't have overt plans but he is patient and observant; Elidibus is simply not a person who is makes decisions lightly and he's only been present a couple of months. He's learning many things about mortal daily life so as to seem more integrated, though a little part is in curiousity. Though he has not said much of anything, he considers this something of a 'vacation' from his ultimate task. A time to reflect.

CR Wanted: Any CR that makes sense. Positive, negative. As long as it flows with the actual RP or IC situation. I like all sorts of cross-over CR so feel free to reach out to me even if I don't tag you specifically.

Things to avoid: Nothing ICly for Elidibus exactly. He's hard to rile, though he will respond to protect himself and for a variety of practical reasons, the train or the train's occupants. He doesn't tend to turn to violence first but this doesn't mean he isn't a nasty enemy to have.

About them: Pokemon trainer who comes from a realistic pokemon world. She's very much a Good Person who does the Right thing no matter how hard. Due to world reasons she does not see herself as such and is starting to withdraw a bit due to a lot of people knowing about her 'crimes'. Very much Big Sister Energy and will adopt you given the chance.

No, really. She will adopt you as Family and Family Is Family.
Plans: New CR and people to aggressively yank her out of her shell, please and thank. Stuff with pokemon, be it teaching people about them or just talking people's ears off about them or her world in general. Or extolling the virtues of yadon tail stew.
CR wanted: Kitchen people! Come learn how to properly cook yadon tail AKA slowpoke tail as Eva knows how to make it taste nice and tender. Also cure it, so. Jerky anyone?
Things to avoid: If it comes up, will let you know.

Pre-train: Former slave to the Kree Empire turned Space Pirate Biker. Exiled from his group and still upset over it. Raised a Problem Child who was part Space God.

Current-train: Blue Team Lead along with his roommate. Missing some people that left the train and really missing Peter lately. Getting closer with his grown-up friends lately which means he's starting to trust people. He let himself have a good time at Aquifir.
Plans: He's supposed to help Kyoko and Koumyou with plots, depending on the content of missions. He'll be messing up practicing with his Diagad powers at some point and while helping greenhouse fruit grow, make things like watermelons that peel like bananas or oranges that grow with pomegranate style insides but still with oraange flavor.
CR wanted: IDK I'll take whatever as thrown at him. He's been pushing people away a little less.
Things to avoid: Breaking his fin or arrow are no-goes, no long-term mind control.

Character: Alvin Murphy
About them: L4:D
Pre-Train: The Savior of the Human Race and the Zombie Messiah of his world, jailed for mail fraud and ended up experimented on. He can now mind-control zombies and people that he directly infects. He's also psychically able to communicate with anyone with those sensitivities. He's also immune to any bacteria or virus he comes across and evolves after expelling it from his system.

Current-Train: He just kind of wanders around like the background making comments about situations. He doesn't get directly involved too often. He flirts, but he's not been super open with the fact that he can't really swap bodily fluids with normal humans without psychically connecting to them. Generally a trash garbage zombie creature with fabulous fashion sense and canonically poly pan.
Plans: There was some stuff I didn't get to do before. Mostly it was seeing if the threat of his bite would set off the SCA to caution mode (with a consenting user). Senku had made him think of that when he arrived but he never followed it up even when he had to come out of the zombie closet.

He's been brushing up on some necromancy, and he told Teddy (Xehanort) some about Lucy in a way that mattered. Not just an offhanded mention.
CR wanted: Both people amoral and maybe people that can tolerate those three slivers of useful kindness in him and kind of bring them out. He's actually pretty protective of people that he might see singled out for being 'dangerous'.
Things to avoid: See above. If you tell him to 'behave or else' he'll get pissy.

Character: Thanatos

About them: From Hades, Red Team, Death Incarnate who is actually a nice guy (but also tsundere and emotionally confused) but is still learning how to be his own person instead of just his job as God of Gentle Death and more. (Having a bit of an identity crisis in the meantime…)

He's been here since the start of Jelly and carries around a plush mouse (Mort) who squeaks and wants to F I T E. Than can often be found in the quiet car, giving himself a break from feeling ill and overwhelmed by all the sensations he feels on the surface (vs the Underworld). He'll also be found in the greenhouse car, enjoying the green life there.

Plans: Still being nice to Than this month because he needs a break. We shall see how that goes with the mission. Missions are mean to him ;~;

That said, he's going to yell at the train some on its feedback post.

Than is going to discover his life powers from the last mission which is bringing slowly Mort to life. I want also Than to learn more string related crafts or even a string instrument. Let him handle "threads" in a way that doesn't involve death.

CR wanted: Open to a lot of CR ideas. He's one of the point people and healers for the Red Team. He also helps out with Red inventory things.

Things to avoid: Do not try to restrain him, especially by grabbing his wrists or shoving him into a small space. Thanks, Sisyphus. You took a perfectly good death godling, gave him a month shackled in a box, and now he has trauma and a lot of insecurities.

Other: Than also has a permissions post for characters who have connections to death (though more for potential thread/CR ideas as Than has given up trying to understand this train) and also for Hades game spoilers if that's something you're worried about. He's taken from after the 1st win, all nectar given, favor completed, but no ambrosia.

I almost want CR strictly because this guy is named Thanatos, and Terris works for a group called Thanatos' Sin and would love to see where that goes when Terris has questions about what this guy's sin is (Joking? Maybe he is. Or maybe not. He will definitely ask questions, though).

About them: A teenage mutant with the ability to rearrange her molecules to phase through matter (and apparently some earth manipulation abilities). She's sweet and friendly, and likes to make new friends and help people. Just don't make her mad, or you could find yourself stuck in a wall.
Plans: I don't have anything concrete with her right now, other than working on her new earth manipulation powers she had prior to the vacation. Kitty is back to being my only character here, so I want to mostly focus on getting back into the swing of things with her.
CR wanted: I'll take anything! Friends, brotherly/sisterly-types, mentor figures, give me everything!
Things to avoid: Probably nothing too antagonistic.

About them: A Heroic Spirit / Servant from that really confusing Fate/ franchise. Also, super likely to tell you what he does for a living (spoiler alert: it's murder). He's grump and rude and doesn't like to pretend he's something he isn't which means he's leaning pretty hard into his manslayer persona at all times but also his version of Chaldea is full of YOUNG PEOPLE so he's doing his best?? He's not as awful as he tries really hard to make people believe he just has a lot going on that he doesn't want to talk about...
Plans: Coping?? With this train?? Also: he'll figure out he can turn into a dog/gain dog features at some point. Mostly last month was almost a total wash for me and I'm ready to actually DO STUFF.
CR wanted: EVERYTHING. Good, bad, ugly, etc. I'm here for it! He has just... so very many trust issues but would appreciate some people closer to his own age to talk to? Probably? Once again reiterating where I accomplished nothing last month so I'm excited to do stuff now!
Things to avoid: Unless you're actively looking for negative CR (or at least to start off that way lol) it's best to avoid teasing, mocking, or laughing at him because it's his biggest trigger and he's killed over it in the past. Naturally, I'm fine with it and there's plenty of non-lethal workarounds but that's the quickest way to start off on a bad foot with him lmao.

Plans: Masumi's going to be discovering she kept her calming power from Diagad, and will be wanting to practice with it once she figures it out. She'll also be going on this month's mission, but that'll be plotted once we get mission info.

About them: Genderswapped version of Jacen Solo. Wayward Jedi Knight on a soul-searching sojourn across the galaxy. Was on the train in May then poofed but is now back again! Loves dumb jokes and collecting dangerous animals.
Plans: It's mission month, so she's going to be on the front lines again. Other than that, just reconnecting with previous CR and showing off her not!flerken.
CR wanted: Always a sucker for found family, so bring it.
Things to avoid: I'm pretty chill as a player and will roll with practically anything, but do check out her permissions post here since there might be triggery stuff you'd like to avoid. TL;DR she's a badass fighter with badass powers but she's also been through A Lot.

About them: Former brainwashed amnesiac assassin for HYDRA, who died after the split-second decision not to actually kill Steve Rogers and then spent a year and a half in a dead world where they slowly learned how to Person again. Soul/life force/whatever is in a lantern that they carry around all the time, which I sometimes forget to mention in narration, but it is Always There. They're on Purple team, but always swap for somebody on the kitchen chores so they can cook instead (who on Red team would like to swap for cleaning chores instead of cooking?), and often do missions with Red team.

Plans: I'm really kind of coasting right now, as Soldat is trudging slowly up out of a really low point after the last mission arc. They're doing better, thank you vacation event, but they're still kind of slow and quiet right now. They're dreading the next mission to be honest, but they'll be chugging away in the kitchen car doing meal prep for it anyway. Some of the problem is I am a busy bee with 3 active games and some distracting RL stuff, so I haven't been as proactive as I should be, too.

CR wanted: People to drag Soldat out of their funk a little more. People to prod at their personhood issues and interact with their headmates and ask why they're chewing on their hair or pendant or something. People to teach, whether fighting, cooking, origami, or even elemental manipulation.

Things to avoid: Mentions of mind control or memory tampering. If Soldat finds out your character can do either of those things, expect immediate dropping of communication, unless they've built up a pretty solid amount of trust first.

Character: Katsuya Jonouchi
About them: Fanfic AU from a world where Kaiba's a woman, and also a lot of plot stuff got kinda intense. Also, he's a seer! Also also, there might be pastlives involved, where he dies, it sucks. He's got an active ka beast ('shadow'), and mostly that just means sometimes Red-Eyes' head pokes out of his shadow to demand attention via head scratches.

Jou's also a CRAU from a pokemon game set in Anime-verse Alola, and he's got two pokemon with him- a wooloo and a galaran ponyta. Both are menaces, and know they can get away with it.

In any case, he's mostly the same hotheaded idiot we know and love, though the hotheaded bit has maybe simmered down a bit due to repeated trauma pulling him by the ear to take a more mature form of charge, oop. He's team Blue, because no one says 'I'D DIE FOR YOU [BLANK]' like Jou apparently! As a note, I refer to him as Katsuya in tags, because it'd be weird for him to call himself by his own last name in narration.
Plans: While much hinges on the mission, he'll be slooooowly coming into his Diagad power...which. Ironically was turning into Red Eyes?? Hm. He'll also actually be wearing different shirts sometimes! Thanks Aquafir!!
CR wanted: Mostly we're all over the map here, but I WILL note- and this applies to all the others- that I'm going to be taking it easy most of this month, and probably won't be making top-levels period. So if you want anything with anyone, SAY SO, HERE. I don't mind making custom starters and posts to that end.
Things to avoid: None ! Though he does have Seer Permissions I'll note, here.

Character: Mondial Ribbok Vardaman (Potato)
About them: Potato is a Fate/ OC from an original storyline, where the Fuyuki Grail War goes sideways and a new one therefore is hosted on Vancouver Island, in the 2020s! Potato herself was partnered to Lancer, and is a perpetual magic battery of a homunculus, resembling some sort of large stuffed toy. She's three feet tall, and her tail is four feet long. An absolute sweetheart, she's arguably a walking learning AI- on the one hand she can come up with some pretty pointed wisdom-of-babes type stuff. On the other, more often than not, you're getting something that's definitely as childish as she sounds and looks.

Potato is, fortunately, entirely indestructible...which combined with incoming stretch powers could be interesting indeed.

Potato is team Orange, but she also has a couple of outfits- two from the train, and one set from Aquafir- that she might wear around instead.
Plans: Potato is going to be Potatoing, as typical- perhaps stretching around bit by bit, but she won't actually notice anything is really different...
CR wanted: As noted above, I'll be taking it easy this month- so if anyone wants Potato precisely, say so here! I'll be making tag-outs yes, but they'll be a bit limited in spread until my current thread load goes down.
Things to avoid: Nothing comes to mind!

Character: Emporio Alniño
About them: Emporio is one of the main cast characters from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. He's from the outright end of the series, so the less said on that the better. He has with him TWO Stands though! One came via the disk from another character- Weather Report. The other, Burning Down the House, is the stand that lets him interact with Ghost Rooms and Ghost Objects. He's a nervous boy, but he's growing into his own now that he's been on the train for a while, and is becoming a bit more confident in things. Still kinda small though (he turned 12 recently on the train).

Oh also he grew up hiding in prison. Not in prison! HIDING in one. No one even knew he was there! Hihh.

Unrelated, but we have anime art for him now! His squished legs, oh dear... The woes of how Araki's art of children and short people has to translate I guess...

(Naturally, Emporio on the Train instead has his own version of Jotaro's hat- now with pins Emporio himself has gotten over time- and the Voidtrecker uniform, using a red sweater over his proper orange shirt...or any other shirt he got.)

He's the one most likely to team-hop during a mission.
Plans: Emporio's superpower will be slower to manifest, since it's a largely passive energy absorbtion matter until he himself unleashes it; though that could potentially make for a hell of a 'bang' on the mission! That aside, he's mostly just doing his usual on the train- and...well. Succumbing to peer pressure from LO in between velcro-baseball rounds maybe.
CR wanted: The gang is taking it easy this month, so I can't quite say what CR I want- as much of the month will be spent simply coasting along. That aside, DO COMMENT if you want CR with the boy!
Things to avoid: None, though as Emporio is a walking spoiler, his permissions are Here.

Character: Kiyoiri Matsuda
About them: Our 'technically 5 according to the train'-year old, Kiyoiri is a 13 year old girl, and as well, a clone of Shinichi (Conan)- not that that last part has come out yet. She's from a crossover AU in addition to an AU; specifically, with Fate/GO, wherein the Shonen Tantei and others replace the role of the protagonist. She's also dating Ayumi! Aww.

Kiyoiri is a bit 'deadfish' in attitude, with her emotional responses often being muted. She does emote!! But it's taken time to really figure those out, particularly since those weren't often encouraged. Choices weren't either, but she's getting better at figuring out what she likes- and what she likes is art, and cute clothes. To that end, she'll never be seen in the uniform! Instead, short of the train providing options for a mission, she'll be in one of many cute outfits she got from Kumoko before the spider left (that or the sundress she got from Aquafir).

(People are free to suggest some of the cute clothes, as there is a vague number of options, Kumoko apparently was thrilled to work on something cute for once, and I myself am braindead,)

Kiyoiri, while part of Team Red, also has a white armband to set herself upon the White Squad, as someone who can perform a degree of medical aid. It's basic and field focused, but that's more than nothing. She's typically accompanied by Takechirou, a seeming crow who's part of a Noble Phantasm.
Plans: While it won't be her first mission TECHNICALLY this IS going to be Kiyoiri's first 'real mission' more or less, so I'll likely be putting a SLIGHT bit more focus on her in the mission depending on, just to get her role established. That aside, the over all plan is simply for her to settle in more properly to the train.
CR wanted: On that note, she could use some more budding CR, but keep in mind that I won't be top-levelling this month, AND, I'm taking it easy; so if you absolutely don't want to miss out on CR with her, leave a comment to start some plotting!
Things to avoid: ZIP! Though for reasons of her AU being what it is, I have permissions and opt-outs here.

I genuinely think Katsuya / Joey would be a really funny person for Wangji to chat to? Lots of confusion with the pokemon, he's loud and fun and wangji is... not. Could be good friends once they break through that initial awkwardness.

About them: Grumpy Uncle with Big Dad Energy. Generally speaking a man who appears terrifying and intimidating, seems like he would kill you (and could) but has a soft heart deep down. Accidentally adopting a lot of the youths on the train just because he can. Has a badass sword and a lightning whip.
Plans: Nothing solid! Just working on accidentally flirting with people, figuring out his new empathy powers (which he hates) and trying to get along with everything and everyone as best he can without starting any fights.
CR wanted: Anyone who might be able to help him with empathy! Negative CR is also good and very easy to get with this man, since he'll glare and glower and say mean things without thinking. If you need a Dad/Uncle (tm) he's here!
Things to avoid: N/A, but he's pretty touchy about demons/necromancy.

About them: Link from the Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask with a splash of CRAU from the Wake. Teenaged hero, this is the technically the second time he's gone through adolescence, having slept through it the first time. He's very much the "Help first, ask questions later" sort.

Link was adopted during his time in Nautilus by Clef, and currently they're having a rough time because a sixteen year old can be more difficult than a ten year old. Especially one that has saved two worlds and has abandonment issues.

Link's brother/great-great-great-etc-grandson/literal-reincarnation's-literal-shadow, Shadow is another addition to his life/family from Nautilus. He's just as pleased to see his brother make friends as he is to make friends himself.

The Zelda on board is "his" Zelda. They are both emotional disasters and someday will need to work through all of that.

Plans: Fix his relationship with Clef, hang out with Shadow and Zelda. Go on adventures. Eventually buy a cucco so the train can have a murder chicken on board.

CR wanted: Any!

About them: Cabin U1A, Red Team (and sort of leader? He promised Lightning he'd take care of the team). A former yakuza enforcer turned city guardian, he's enjoying life on the train and is ijust trying to put together the semblance of a normal life.
Plans: First mission as acting leader let's go. He's going to make sure everyone's got supplies for the mission. Other than that I have plans for maybe a standalone log for him since he tends to keep in the background on platform days. (Too many people... he's not the greatest of greeters.) Also slowly figuring out his power.
CR wanted: Friends! Enemies! Rivals! He's got a decent CR pool but could always use more, especially both people who are building an identity for the first time and people who can help him with that.
Things to avoid: No romance.

She can be a strong and capable fighter which in Void she is slowly being even figuring out her kind of fighting style and for the most part on train has mostly been teaching herself.

She will be a badass yet.
Plans:
Much like every month I never actually make plans for things to do with a character exactly. It's usually minor things and in this case Kairi figuring out she can summon fruit AND fruits based food items again.

Prepare to be hit by fruit accidentally because she didn't know or lacks control at the moment. Also prepare for probably delicious desserts for the same reason.
CR wanted: More friends, parental figured maybe.
Things to avoid: Shipping. Kairi is still on the whole unsure about what happened a month ago, but is leaning toward at least giving it a go.

Team Yubsie

About them: Purple team, sleeper Upper 4D. She's rebel scum taken from about a year before the original trilogy kicks off. She's a talented pilot (not super relevant on a train but hey after that last even she can fly), a pretty good tactician (actually relevant!) and fiercely protective of anyone she has decided is one of her people. She's Space Mom in a sea of dads on this train. :p
Plans: She's ordering X-Wing, B-Wing and VCX-100 modules for the flight simulator, so anyone who has ever wanted to fly an X-Wing can live the dream. She'll be happy to teach all takers how to fly. Her Diagad power is flying without a vessel so she'll be exploring that a bit too.
CR wanted: Adopting younger characters is in her nature. Fortunately for youthful protaganists her parenting style is "If I bring the impulsive kid WITH me to do the dangerous thing I at least can see them. If I tell them not to do the thing they will do the thing where I can't help them if they get in trouble."

SHe could however really use some Grownup Friends since she's wrestling with Grownup Worries.

About them: OC, Orange team, sleeper L2B. Teenage mage and healer who's had a rough life and has only recently gained some self-esteem and started building that backbone. (His world took a perfectly good healer and gave him a tragic backstory and now he has anxiety.) Compassionate and caring with a buried temper. Good at helping; bad at asking for what he needs in turn. Please hug him.

Plans: Vacation was definitely good for him, and he's in a fairly good (if cautious) mood going into this month. He's going to be poking around the kitchen, familiarizing himself with the new food and also helping with mission meal prep. He also still has no idea he has death/last rites powers from Diagad; hopefully someone who can sense death/death-related powers can clue him in. Until then, he's going to be wondering why all the death- and ghost-adjacent people hit his Sense differently.

CR wanted: Anything and everything! Parent him, be his friend or adoptive sibling, let him help you or heal you, teach him and be taught in turn, the works. Help him with his weird new powers, and he'll help you with yours. (He'll definitely be keeping an eye out for new healers to help them out.) A warning, though: if CR starts out negative, it might not recover; he holds a grudge.

Things to avoid: ICly, nothing; OOCly, just don't go linking me pictures of spiders.

About them: From Overwatch, Orange team, sleeper U3A. An astrophysicist who had an accidental close encounter with a black hole, gained gravity powers, and lost his mind. He was then picked up by a terrorist organization to be their shield tank, and look, recent life has been tough on gravity grandpa. That said, he's intelligent and kind and perpetually interested in learning and lending a helping hand to other people's projects. He's also protective of his teammates, especially in dangerous situations.

Plans: Vacation was pretty great (and now everyone who was around during the evening entertainment knows that he 1. loves karaoke and 2. is gleefully terrible at it). He got power augmentation from Diagad, so once he learns Diagad powers have been retained, he's going to ask for people to experiment with him in working with their powers - he can amplify or lessen them, to the point of turning them off if need be.

CR wanted: Anything! Fellow responsible adults, scientists, people to help, people to snark at and be snarked at in turn, the whole nine yards. Variety is the spice of life.

Things to avoid: I'm trying not to break him, because that's no fun for anybody - if a thread starts looking like it's going in that direction, I may ask for a change. Aside from that, nothing!

About them: Terris comes with massive abandonment issues, and believes true love can never exist as a result because love is "always selfish". He hides all this behind a mask that makes him pretty easygoing, if not an absolute stick up your ass. If he feels you have a certain perception about him, he'll match that perception (He doesn't care what you think, no really). Otherwise, he'll just smile and do what he's told, as long as it's not something he has to try extra hard to do. Though he'll do extra work on occasion, especially for missions.

Plans: He's just getting here and that's going to be an adjustment (He's going to miss Nike, not that he'll ever admit it. Watch out for regular attempts to summon her here via train purchase down the road). Looking forward to pseudo-adopting his replacement goldfish, and causing pranking mayhem on the Train. He'll be warming up to his new living quarters, otherwise, though.

CR wanted: People for him to piss off is fine. Though he won't be loud about "True love being fake" unless the person decides to double down about it. But he is a brat, even with all those masks he wears. He will absolutely poke the bear if he feels it's within appropriate parameters depending how he feels the person thinks about him. I'm also down for people adopting him and/or seeing past his bullshit and patting him on the head anyway. I'd love for people to gently try to thaw his frozen, broken heart (Platonic, romantic, or otherwise) for the time being for a fun treat down the road. Show him that you care, and he might resist at first, but slow and steady will win the race.

Things to avoid: Please don't break his perception on true love not existing. Like, feel free to explain to him why your love is the greatest and will withstand the test of time; he'll laugh it off and maybe call you out for being foolish. But like... please don't sacrifice yourself for someone you care about in front of him. He will become a ticking timebomb at that point. So I'd prefer if he didn't see or hear about those incidents for now. Later would be fine, but I'd prefer if he didn't break his brain right now. Especially since he just got here.

C - Amaya and Guri

Plans: Gonna settle her in and see how her first mission goes - she's a front-line leader, so she'd help with planning and definitely would keep things directed when going.
CR wanted: She needs her armor back, she feels naked without it. Somebody said they could arrange something and I can't find it now. But in general, growing the CR she has. Hoping people get to know her beyond the armor. I feel her and Della would get along on the basis of taking care of families you love deeply under difficult circumstances. (Her nephews are her world, especially since her sister's death.) But definitely finding her groove is the idea, and I'm willing to try a lot to do that.

About them: Team Purple's resident Human Replica Droid, formerly of the Star Wars: Legends universe. Very strong, very fast, exploring humanity. Now eats, to be less off-putting if nothing else. Trying cooking.
Plans: The last mission was a bad knock for her, looking forward to moving her past it. Her faith in the better nature of humans took a serious blow, reminding her of the worst in their natures. And she had her first feelings for another person - but has no idea if they were part of the illusion or just brought to the fore by it, so now that's tainted and upsetting to her. So she's grappling with trauma and a lot of new emotions all at once and not dealing at all well with it. People to help her through would be lovely. People to distract her from it would be lovely.
CR wanted: Any and all. Play into either the better angels or the worse angels, really - she's feeling very fighty, lately. Above all, anything to get her talking - those she already knows and trusts (like Bucky) will have an advantage here.
Things to avoid: Can't think of anything!

About them: Cabin U2C Orange Team Magic Nerd who at first can come off as a bit aloof, quiet, and arrogant, while also very charming, polite, and pleasant. Things like trust and friends are difficult for him, you know being that he's not very good at allowing people close. He's a friendship slow burn, but if you can get into the VIP club... he’s an amazing and loyal friend. Also, he floats~!

Plans: Beau has left and that is going to hit Essek pretty hard after the last mission, but luckily he still has Caleb who he is having a sorta kinda maybe relationship with? There are feelings and he is having some Demi-Panic over them.

Outside of those personal issues, my plans to him is to learn more about his healing/druid-esqu ability and work on it, further establishing budding CR, maybe some magic talk, and getting to know more people on the train! Plus whatever happens on the mission.

CR wanted: I am open to him getting to know and build all kinds of CR. I would love for some healing/plant growth teaching CR, maybe he could help others with their time/gravity/magic abilities.

Things to avoid: Essek is touch-sensitive bordering on touch-averse, so you can touch, but he will make it known it's not welcome, further pushing of this boundary is likely to have him prematurely remove himself from the situation and establish negative CR.
