Diagad Power: Turning into a giant fluffy white dog that Diagad folks associated w/ the university should recognize as campus security/power crisis intervention/therapy dog.
Plans: He's going to realize he still has his ability the first time he gets worked up enough emotionally to just-- pop!-- into dog form on Aquafir. After that he will need Help, because it's going to take him a long time to learn how to change voluntarily.
Can They Teach: He would absolutely help if he could but everything he knows about doing 'magic' he's learned on the train in the last 2 months from Koumyou and Trunks.
