Ryo would be happy to help Romeo with both the basics of healing and first aid (and also try not to be visibly horrified that that's how Romeo's powers work. Who decided Romeo's powers should work that way. Has he been cursed. Dear gods).

Yeah so part of Romeo's first aid training is going to be learning to tell the difference between Bad injuries and Potentially Fatal injuries because he's not allowed to use his power to take on the latter types, okay
