Character: Idia Shroud.
Canon: Twisted-Wonderland, end of chapter 5.
Cabin and team: Sleeper Upper 1, Cabin A; Team Orange.
Little bit about them: Idia is the definition of social anxiety, shy to an insane level, unless he’s able to hide behind some sort of technology to speak for him. He has a love for all things gaming, as well as technology, so he will be spending a lot of time in the new Lab.

If you want to get a feel for what he’s like, and what he sounds like, here’s his story from his birthday card (some spoilers just on him and other characters mentioned, but not a huge amount in game).

Hopes and dreams: Mostly any CR will be torture for Idia, and I’m all for that. Those that enjoy games and tech he will get on with a bit better, so would love to get him involved with those people, thinking the Yu-Gi-Oh characters in game, teach him how to play. Anyone in the tech areas, especially if mixing magic and tech, he will be able to talk shop with, eventually.

Most likely quiet sobbing in the corner, heh.

I see a few things happening: one, he's going to sleep his days (as he's a massive night owl) in the quiet cabins; two, he's going to find a way to put some sort of blockage up in front of his bunk so he can pretend it's a 'room'.

Expect much stammering, panic, and nerves at everyone who gets far to close to his personal bubble, which really is like several rooms size. However OOC I am all for him being tortured due to this.

But also yes, but unknown if known in lore yet... it's a whole thing.

I actually need to rewatch the movie, I don't recall if Than is in it, but I would assume he would be known to Idia, at least from the same story telling era that Hades is for the world he's in. All the villains the school is dedicated to are kinda 'ye olde lore' stories, but twisted to make them sound like the heroes.

Also thank you for the help on the TDM with him :) I greatly appreciate it (even if not replied).

Character: Cleopatra Selene II (AU)
Canon: The Shards of Heaven trilogy, a historical fantasy series about the rise of Roman Empire — but mostly centered on the Shards, magical stones with unearthly, destructive elemental powers said to be the broken pieces of the Throne of God. Her AU's a divergence from the ending of the second book, where she's the only one who manages to escape the demons that were summoned in Carthage.
Cabin and team: Upper 1B, Red Team
Little bit about them: Teenage widowed queen of Mauretania and the last princess of the Ptolemaic kingdom of Egypt. Cleopatra's daughter, orphaned at 10 and hostaged adopted by her family's conqueror Octavian, arranged marriage'd and later wed at 15 to the conquered Berber prince Juba. Her younger version was on the train a few months back; this is the one who was at the 4th wall event and hung out with the YGOs, while running an antique shop as a front to her underground intel gathering operations. She's older and sadder now — her revenge scheme absolutely did not go well — but she's a survivor through and through, headstrong, stubborn, and deeply loyal and protective.
Hopes and dreams: Parental figures, uncles and aunts, siblings... basically everyone adopt her? And just let her be young and free instead of politicking and wallowing in her guilt and being 30 at 18. Also boys to eventually crush on and flirt with and maybe even get kissy faced with, lmao!

But, yes. WE'RE HAPPY TO BE BACK.

Hello Kazie! I'm Usagi, I have Kiyoiri here of course, but also Jonouchi (a ygo ohoh), Emporio, and Potato! Selene already had my eye just from the historic standpoint but reading the rest about this particular version of her has me quite excited suffice to say (but also oh god train let her be a teenager,,,)

honestly i read abt the -real history- result of the twins orphaning and got crushed, life be better to selene, please,,,,

Anyway looking above it seems I should note that Kiyoiri looks....basically just like a somewhat 'older' (HAHA) Conan without glasses, when looking just at the face, so that might be a thing,

Character: Shadow Link
Canon: Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Manga. He's also CRAU from TheWake, same place as Link, and some others, and is a few years older.
Cabin and team: Sleeper Upper 1, Cabin A. Team Blue.
Little bit about them: Shadow looks like he could be Link's twin, though they're not Precisely Identical, save palette swap since his appearance is based on a different incarnation. But its real close.

Shadow is the dark reflection of his owner and is a partial soul of sorts. He's a weird shadow creature, tried to burn down a country, and was a villain until Things Happened and he got a kind of redemption arc. He's been working since then to be a better person because he loves heroic people and wants to be good for THEM, if not for good's own sake. He is, however, still a chaos gremlin and will mess with people for the lulz to a certain extent.

He's also discovered a talent at aggressively therapizing at people by being the only somewhat emotionally competent person in Link's family during their time in Nautilus (TheWake).

Powers, permissions, etc

Hopes and dreams: I took part in fourth wall and I could not resist the family drama, okay okay. But anyway, while Shadow has learned some of How To Person, he's still got more to go and being forced to interact with new people will be good for him. Especially since Nautilus was more his decision if he was gonna talk to people, so I'm excited to see what happens with rommates.

As for CR in general, I'm pretty open to all types. Shadow might not, but positive CR, negative CR, CR with people who aren't good people, but helping with this world saving business would be fun especially. As well as other 'how to person' people. He's also the touchiest mofo if anyone wants that to just be a thing to deal with. Come at me, I'm ready to roll.

Little bit about them: Character is deaf - she communicates by reading lips and utilizing sign language, which will be translated on the train. When she does video posts, there will be subtitles, and the SCA can do a computer translated voice when she's signing in person.

Strong family woman, superb warrior and strategist - big on breakfast.

Hopes and dreams: Oh, gosh, a bit of everything, really. She's a creampuff if you get inside her guard, but also about as good as a human will get with a sword, so. Fun times all over.

Lips don't technically move (There were budget constraints so I'm playing it like they do, cause they do in the concept art but it was just a mask in the show), is over dramatic, but can learn sign language quickly.... To help her build new armor or something, I'm game!

Or just needs a war vet who is an adult... Same robot.

Romeo here knows a smatter of ASL as he was friends with someone who used it in his last game and Taiki has the ability to understand attempts to communicate so will understand her even if he can't sign back in response.
