Hello, Trainlings! Checking back through the comms, it looks like the last time we had a "Handwave/Assume CR" Meme was back in January, so here we are almost in July, bringing the information forward!

New Players and New Characters, this means you, too! We want you in on this meme as it's forward facing for what your characters will do during train-bound downtime!

Handwaved & Assumed CR Meme

Our characters are blessed, or cursed, with confined living spaces, and have all their own schedules and rhythms to dictate their daily lives. So how do they all interact with each other? What do characters with pets or companion animals do? What do those pets or animal companions themselves do?

This meme is a chance to see how characters may recognise each other or their pets/companions in passing, where they may be sharing spaces at similar times, or have met other passengers, allowing the kickstarting of CR without having to play out every first meeting or smaller interaction on train. Who has the time for that? (Not me, I cry emphatically, not me.)

✨ Sleeping habits?

Kitty is a pretty average sleeper most nights. She tries to sleep at a good time because she's used to waking up early, but she's not above staying up late if she needs to/is distracted. Sometimes she gets up in the middle of the night for a midnight snack. She also sleeps with a stuffed dragon plush, either cuddling with it or setting it at the top of her bed.

✨ Room use habits?

Kitty has a bit of stuff, so she tries to clean up so as not to bother her roommates. She doesn't have much in the way of decoration, but some of her things can be seen peaking out of her cubby at the front of her bed. Sometimes she'll sit in the room to listen to music or do stuff on her laptop.

✨ Bathing habits?

She cleans up every day, usually by taking a shower. For long days or if she's been training a lot, though, she'll take a soak in the spa car.

🚆 What are choo up to?

✨ Chore habits?

She always does team chores. Most of the chores are fine, but when Purple is assigned to meal prep she lets most of her teammates take the lead while she just does things like chop and just assists rather than do the actual cooking.

✨ Eating habits?

She's a vegetarian, and tends to eat at least breakfast and dinner regularly. She might forget lunch if she's really busy, but for the most part she remembers to eat. She's also not above snacking, and while she usually eats healthy, she'll indulge in junk food now and again.

✨ Exercise habits?

She practices martial arts, and Trunks is teaching her how to fight with a sword. She exercises pretty regularly.

✨ Entertainment habits?

She reads as much as she can given the library selection. She also watches movies and listens to music, and she'll take some time to write stuff on her laptop. She's also trying to pick up new hobbies, like knitting and learning to cook.

She's not entirely fond of horror, but other than that she's pretty open to most things.

Kitty can definitely be seen listening to music and dancing while doing chores around the train.

Kitty is 5'0" with straight brown hair and blue eyes. She's gotten a few of her outfits from home, so she wears those more often than the train-issued clothes. She'll also be more likely to wear her X-Man suit on missions, though will also wear the Purple hoodie.

Kitty is a Mutant, and is able to phase through matter by rearranging her molecules.

Nothing really. She can be found pretty much anywhere on the train.

She apologizes if she startles you by suddenly phasing out of the wall. Sometimes she doesn't like to use doors.
