He will... attempt to reserve judgement. Looking at her personality section a bit, though, he might actually enjoy her.

I do wonder how she feels about people like him who by all rights should have died and didn't?

She's very friendly!

The good news is that she does not hold that against the people it happened to. Though she might judge any higher forces that made it happen.
