Vexen, he is an adult and of age to drink in Radiant Garden, god. Though to be fair, I'm not sure about the train. Probably a good idea not to call him Vexen's son though. He would probably be very confused by that.

Both is good! Ienzo is very not into the magic thing right now, he has some stuff to work through on that, but having people around who support it helps.
