That's awesome! I love isekai. I would love for Essek to meet them and maybe talk magic to them and maybe they can show him how to use computer stuff, because he's very new to all that.

It's a very non-standard isekai, in which the main characters are all unabashedly queer and the 'real world' that everyone's left behind has a lot of cyberpunk elements to it, though not so much the aesthetic. But definitely leaning into the whole 'and now you're really in the video game!' kind of isekai rather than the 'and now you're in a fantasy world with video game rules' kind. We're working on making a video game of it eventually, but right now it's being done as a forum quest thing.

But sure! Bacon can totes teach them computers. I can see you in Matt's plurk, so I'll go friend you there.

Oh that's all really cool! I love all kinds of isekai, I would definitely play that if it was a game. It sounds super interesting.

Talia--who's head of the project and the person who had the original idea--is running the forum adventure version over here, although it's still pretty early on in the plot. (Not even the entire main cast has shown up there yet, much less minors like Bacon.) I'll be writing some interludes for it, actually, about the things that are going on back in the 'real world' while all this is isekai bullshit going on, starting out with the devteam freaking out that it's even happening in the first place.

Awesome! I'll definitely give it a look sometime. I love projected like this, so I think it's super neat.
