Xingchen works in the medical car as part of the med staff. Meanwhile, my version of Wangji is a half-youkai as a bakeneko, so it's likely you can meet up with him in his kittyform in the library, med car, or in the kitchen.

Wangji also teaches in the gym as a mentor, teaching swordfighting and archery lessons.
