About you: My sleep schedule's unruly but UK time; they/them. I write fanfic and read a lot when I'm not at work, and buy cute notebooks and don't write in them.

Character: Dr. Otto Octavius
Canon: The Spectacular Spider-Man 2009. Otto is an AU (a they-u, even); they use they/them pronouns and it'd mean a lot to me if characters / tag narration would do so also. (Otto is happy to talk about gender thoughts with characters who are interested in that sort of thing.)
Cabin and team: Sleeper Lower One, Cabin B / Orange Team.
Little bit about them: A small nervous genius who became a confident supervillain, and had a reverse-shonen journey involving collecting supervillain friends to rule the world went head to head with the other underworld bosses of Manhattan for criminal empire supremacy.
Hopes and dreams: I'm really hoping for Ock to have more positive CR, settle down in themself, being convinced that some aspects of their approach aren't that good for them. I think the train is a great environment for nudging characters who aren't total monsters into doing better things.

As a character who uses 'it' pronouns (and as a player who uses they/them), highfive for more nonbinary characters!

Regrets on not tagging with Ansem, but I'd love for either of my characters to gain some CR. Murderbot is incredibly antisocial and probably will be...a bit more difficult to nudge, but if Otto likes humanoid robots at all, /fingerguns

Highfives all around, I also have read All Systems Red, and really enjoyed the book, I was amazed to see someone playing it in a game!

If you would prefer to play Murderbot off Ock, I would be absolutely happy to thread them both or double dip.

I'm not sure if these two will super get along or super not get along. Soldat here (a CRAU Bucky Barnes, who doesn't go by their name and also uses they/them pronouns; it's a personhood + plurality thing) does Not Like Doctors but also is sympathetic to small and nervous and has a fun weaponized machine grafted to their back, too, kinda.

At the very least I wanna see what happens :3

He is a valued member of the Sinister Six, and he actually paid to have that done to him. Money well spent if you ask me, but nobody did.

So I think Otto would be fascinated by them, for a few reasons, but not shocked? At least not by their species, anyway, though Otto might assume they started off human.

I mean, I'm no expert in VT's in-game culture, but I hope so!

And Bacon's work-in-progress canon is very friendly for that stuff. They're a minor character themselves, but Deedee, the protagonist of I/O, is a transwoman who hatches at the start of game and of the five other main characters, only two of 'em are cis and none are straight afaik. (Most of the production team is LGBT+ in some fashion, which probably helps.)
