Negative CR is just fine! I sincerely wonder if Bakura will ever be able to make positive CR with anybody. She is not, ah, the type.

Bakura's idea of gleeful murmuring to herself as her enemy approaches a village haunted by 99 vengeful spirits murdered by that enemy's father (sort of) is to smirk and say "You'll find.......it's a GHOST TOWN.........."
