Project Purple Census (Collection Entry)

So you got put into Purple. Or you like Purple enough to stick around more often than not. Great! Then this one's for you.

THE OFFICIAL PURPLE TEAM CENSUS (IC SURVEY; CLICK FOR FIRST TIME READERS/NEWCOMERS)

🟣 Roles are voluntary. Other than team leads and inventory managers, which require sticking to Purple Team more, characters (and players!) should feel free to swap teams as they please. Due to the size of Purple, this is ICly encouraged!
🟣 Picking roles. If your character can cover multiple roles, then note it down! Needs will shift depending on the mission. Besides, these will only be relevant depending if your character comes along, and what items they will be given before a mission.
🟣 Liaisons. If signing up for Liaison, you may be asked to help during off-missions as someone who can be approached for FAQ/help along with the leads.

Is there anything else you would like to share about your character?
She's incredibly upbeat and energetic and has a tendency not to get tired. She's someone who will go out of her way to help others and her own team, so legit if she's needed here at all then someone just needs to say something to her and she will stay. She acts a little bit kiddish outside of missions but she is incredibly driven and an incredibly good and organized asset to have on the team. Even if she's on blue she will tune into purple comms and be willing to help even from far away. In the long term she could very much grow into a leadership position if I personally have the bandwidth for it, she just needs a little refining and teaching.

** She will likely help out with blue team because that team has literally half the members as the other teams, but she can very easily be asked to join purple if she has a role that's needed. She's also part of black team so she can travel.

Prompto is incredibly upbeat and cheerful but ridden with serious social anxiety. As he gets comfortable with people this will come through so much more. He is also claustrophobic. He's quick and nimble and also does well in a stealth situation. He comes armed with one machine, two guns and a knife, in his armiger but most importantly, his camera.

[ Trunks is a hybrid of Human/Saiyan. Because of his Saiyan heritage, he has access to 2 distinct unique abilities. The first is known as a 'zenkai' boost; any time a saiyan (or hybrid) is brought close to death, but does not die, and is healed--they gain a boost to their base physiology and abilities. What does not kill them, quite literally, only makes them stronger. The second is a powered-up form known as “Super Saiyan”. This form at level 1 takes the natural power of the individual, and multiplies it by 50. With training it may be further modified and increased, with different grades and levels.

The Super Saiyan form is not without drawbacks, as it is ultimately fueled by rage and anger. He's a bit more ruthless, impulsive, and even vengeful while in that state, as well as it costing ki-energy to maintain the form. On the physical side of things, at level 1--his musculature and physique become a bit more defined, his hair will spike up from the ki-energy (like in a harsh wind) and turn gold, and his eyes turn green. ]

[ By 'enhanced' strength', I often semi-jokingly say she could yeet a Hutt, but it's basically true. She's been known to tear droids apart and throw a fully-grown Gamorrean. If you need a heavy-hitter, she's definitely a first choice - she can engage with weapons at range, but truly excels at hand-to-hand.

She's also superb at infiltration - she can assume many different roles easily, and can retain several hundred languages, so she can appear very easily as a local, at least in any space in which humans are normally occurring.]

Soldat will likely spend a lot of missions with Red unless it looks like they're needed on Purple, but they will still be good for providing provisions ahead of time. They're already experimenting with home-made granola bars, fruit bars, trail mixes, dried snacks: food that will keep for longer missions.

They've got some phobias and hang-ups, but when in a situation like a mission can mostly push past them. Just not free, loud electricity. That one's gonna be a problem if/when it comes up. Also, the metal arm doesn't do well with more than a couple hours underwater, so that's a thing.

Eight is serious and dedicated (and seriously dedicated) to any task set before her. She is flexible enough to shift her focus as-needed, and does not mind providing instruction and being helpful. Her serious tendencies can also be problematic as she cannot stand indolence and will push herself far beyond good sense. Outside of her assigned tasks, she has a tendency to be on the shyer side (its an Octoling trait) and prefers maintaining a smaller network of close friends. However, she does have a desire to be more in the social sphere and is willing to push herself out of her comfort zone for the sake of others. Finally, she is fatally weak to water.

But he does get tired and he does need to eat, so while he can also do medic things besides his magical healing, he'd be carrying food so he can recharge his own batteries (and others', if needed). He can also be something of an extraction guy.

A lot of Yuume's skillset was noted in a prior thread with Roland specifically, but a perhaps vital note- whether it comes out ICly or not- is that she's nyctophobic...which is to say, deeply and traumatically afraid of pitch dark. (Which might seem odd given her powerset but...nope, she really is...)

She also has a tendency to neglect her own safety if it could mean the safety of Literally Anyone Else.
