Train Council Voting

This is an IC vote that will be started post-new arrivals. However, since I suspect everyone's going to get a bunch of new threads and might get overwhelmed, I'm starting this OOC early.

Tony is going to limit the council members to the 'originals' plus one or two from the second platform and wants a council of about 5 or 7 people. It needs to be an odd number so there isn't a tied vote. You should pick if you're voting for 5 or 7 people and then select 4-6 people from the list below (Tony is already counting himself)! This is for character from the first two platforms only!

[Yes, he wants to be the moderator of the council, but that doesn't give him any more say than anyone else. Just means, he'll probably act like the council host to run meetings (but he's willing to work with people on that).]
