IC Common Knowledge and Rumours

I figure we could use a post like this, given it's an enclosed train and people will gossip. I hope I don't step on any toes.

Basically, this is a 'what can be assumed people know? What rumours are floating around?' post.

I don't mean personal things (unless you want), but the basic/semi-basic stuff.

This encompasses the train (random wild theories!), passengers (AKA who has a stick up the but, who are the kids), day to day life on the train (who doesn't like certain foods, who uses all the hot water, who hermits in [train car], Rumour has it Princess knows empty laps).

Basically, that kind of thing.

Headers are provided to keep things organised.

... Nita might ask if there's an underlying constant behind that branding.

The SCAs can be taken off, so they probably don't count.

She can even have a look at Lightning's brand, since Light's a l'Cie. Pic here, hers currently looks like the left-hand one, like a tattoo that's been frozen over. It's on her chest, over her heart.

l'Cie are given a Focus, a task usually only vaguely passed along by dreams or visions, and then their Brands slowly 'open'. Then either they complete their Focus, and are turned into immortal crystal statues to await a time that the Fal'Cie needs them again, or they fail either due to time limit or emotional stress, and are transformed into crystalline zombies called Cie'th.

She's using the Fal'Cie thing as a kind of metaphor, but she does genuinely believe it's very possible that the train is semi-sentient.

Well, there's certainly visions afoot...

Hopefully the train doesn't need such complex underlying procedures to be sentient, though!

Though Nita suspects there's still something wrong, judging by its ongoing silence.
