Evie doesn't read the spells out-loud unless they're some of the minor ones like changing hair-color. But a lot of the rest of them are pretty intense and dangerous, so she's trying to reword them without saying them out loud too often.
... Nita might be able to help loophole that; do the spells have to be heard, mouthed, or approximated in a language without enacture to go off?
Because she's definitely good at shielding. And she IS working on the soundproofing thing; preventing the air from vibrating and transmitting syllables would be a simple step down from that.
