Day to Day Details:

Who do they spend the most time with? Ignis, Mr Stark, Madoka, Rapunzel, Tobias Fangor (increasingly more and more time)
Where can they usually be found? The game car, the library, the kitchen, the quiet car to work on sketches or trying to reword the spells in Maleficents book. It's charmed so only she can open it. Anyone else attempting to will find it impossible to so much as lift the cover.
Are they good about chores? Very.
Habits:

Are they neat and organized, or a sloppy mess? So very organized. It's hard to tell she even shares cabin-space with anyone.
Are they an early riser or prone to sleeping in? Early riser, and a quiet one, too.
Do they sleep well, or are they #teaminsomniac all the way? She sleeps pretty well.
If so, what do they do when they can't sleep? Goes to get tea and a book.
Are they prone to any weird sleeping habits that might bug their roommates? Nope.
What do they do to keep themselves entertained on the train?
Read. Draw outfits for people. Talk to her loved ones.

Do they have any interesting hobbies or interests? Cooking, doing peoples hair, drawing, cleaning, make-up, chemistry. She's also interested in learning her magic so if there's anyone that has been helping her there, please let me know.

... Now I'm imagining them overhearing each other doing spellwork. Such secure books!

And such different types of magic, though words are most important in wizardry too, so perhaps not that far apart. XD

Evie doesn't read the spells out-loud unless they're some of the minor ones like changing hair-color. But a lot of the rest of them are pretty intense and dangerous, so she's trying to reword them without saying them out loud too often.

... Nita might be able to help loophole that; do the spells have to be heard, mouthed, or approximated in a language without enacture to go off?

Because she's definitely good at shielding. And she IS working on the soundproofing thing; preventing the air from vibrating and transmitting syllables would be a simple step down from that.
