Welcome to our Test Drive Meme! Here is the place to see how your character might fit the setting, grab some samples and start having fun!

Knight Quest

Upstairs in the games carriage there is a VR game set. There are enough headsets and controllers for four people to play. One of the games is Knight Quest!

A game that can either be played on single adventure mode or with the other three headsets in a campaign mode. It is a typical fantasy rpg about a young hero who is searching for a magical item to save the world. The story is simple but fun and engaging. The hero has a sword and shield and fighting in this game requires some physical skill, but practice makes perfect!

Games are a good way of gaining skills so team up and save the world, fighting monsters and practising fighting in a safe controlled environment! Just… Don’t bash into each other.

Making your own Fun

The standard coach doesn’t have all that much in it. Just rows of seats, though at the front of the carriage seats have been ripped up and bookshelves installed.

It’s a good place to read or write in their journals. Or annoy other passengers by climbing from one side of the carriage to the other without touching the floor.

Rehabilitation

The train has arrived at a collection of planets. That is good because your task is finding a place for the lindusi (large lizard creatures, recently rescued from a dying planet) to be settled and the more choices the better.

Team One

The first job is predominantly scouting. The scientists in charge of the lindusi relocation project have given the team a list of important features for a planet to have.

It’s like a scavenger hunt but for running water, certain types of plants, prey animals and other features. They have lent the void treckers some basic scientific equipment for testing the environment.

Team Two

Not all of these planets are going to be empty of hostile creatures. The second teams task is to accompany the first team and keep them safe. They have been given shielding devices, easy to use energy shields large enough to fit two people behind. They are handheld and a quick press of a button will activate the shield.

There are plenty of predators, from bears to strange flying aliens that want to eat you. Good luck!

Team Three

Once a suitable planet has been found the third team are to get the lindusi there. In shuttle ships. They aren’t too difficult to pilot, which is good because the lindusi relocation program is very short staffed.

Once they are safely landed it is a case of releasing them into the wild, in safe locations away from any immediate danger. The lindusi are still recovering from their trip through space after all.

"The floor is officially lava!" announces the short teenage boy with wild hair, both hands balled up into fists and pumped into the air with a huge grin on his face. As he clambers to the nearest surface, he begins the countdown.

"Five...four...three...two..." Pause for effect aaaand: "ONE!"

Did you win? Did you lose? Are you even playing?

Lets be real; unofficial rules of the train state that if you're in this car and someone shouts the floor is lava? You're darn well playing.

[Rehabilitation: Team One]

Hiro is using his battlebot to scout locations. He doesn't actually need to, but there's not much else for him to use his bots for. He's using them to chase out smaller, more problematic predators, ones that won't kill the team, but will in fact cause issues for his team and if he has to use his battlebots to poke and chase the creatures to get them away? He's going to do so with joy.

"Okay, the river is clear. Go run tests, see if the water is drinkable for the lindusi, and check for marine life."

Yuffie wasn't really into reading but she liked games. They kept life interesting and amusing, which was good since life was usually dull and depressing. Besides, if she wanted a drab point of view she only needed to go find Cloud.

"Think you can out match me?" She grinned as she jumped onto a nearby table, her palms resting on her hips. "I am the great ninja Yuffie! The beautiful white rose of Wutai. No one is as awesome as I am." Yuffie was very full of herself but for the moment, it was with good reason.

She hopped easily between surfaces and went so far as to shake the balance of those she passed. Game or not, Yuffie was going to win.

"I mean, I'm not one of the Spider-kids. So...probably?" He's not an athlete. He's a nerd. He fights battlebots for money. He builds microbots to improve peoples lives. He is not at all designed for this, so when Yuffie shakes the chair he's on? He comes close to falling.

"That's cheating."

"You didn't specify any rules." She smirked at the boy, her palms placed dramatically on her hips. "Are you saying you aren't up to snuff? Because that means I win and if I win I get a prize."

That was how the world worked in Yuffie's mind.

A laugh and the messy haired teen spawrled upside down in the chair is abruptly hanging nimbly from the window ledge, apparently by his fingernails.

"Finally some one who knows how to have fun and doesn't have spider sticking powers!"

"They literally have an unfair advantage because of the sticking. Has anyone ever called no powers when they're involved?"

Does anyone expect Gwen to listen when 'No Powers' is called? No? Because she probably won't listen.

"I don't know if they can actually turn it off!" He grins and wriggles onto the luggage rack, where he can look down.

"Peter's cool though."

Taiki was reading, or at least trying to when the loud voice caught his attention. He looked around for the source of the disturbance and watched the boy clamber up onto the seat before shouting some more.

The floor is lava? It's not a game he specifically knows but the aim is clear. A tiny sad smile crosses his face as he watches the enthusiastic boy who seems a little old for such games. But Taiki isn't judging.

Nor is he playing though. His eyes flick back to the book that he is not really succeeding in reading.

Rapunzel had been doing something else, mostly excitedly looking through some books that she had never seen before. She had no idea what was to be inside however when she heard the young man.

Looking a little puzzled she couldn't help but look over before looking toward the floor and then back again.

"I don't think it's lava. I think it's just the floor." Guess who has never even heard of this game before? This girl.

"What?"

Give him and his big nerd brain exactly 1.0 seconds to catch up. Maybe even less.

"Oh!"

There it is.

"No. No, it's a game. Someone calls 'the floor is lava' and you have five seconds to get off the floor or you lose. I'll give you a five second extension."

And he's counting down again.

"A Game, huh? Oh! This could be fun~!" She sounded excited as it meant she was trying something new and it seemed random but fun.

When he started to count down again, she looked around before moving to get up to a higher place. After she managed to climb up she looked over. "Is this all we do, or is there more? Do we have to move around while avoiding the floor?"

Nice try but Peter is the reigning champion of this game-only to be rivaled by his awesome girl friend Gwen and of course Miles Morales. In fact, the moment he heard the words 'the floor is-' he attached himself to the to the ceiling like a proper spider.

"Not dying in a fiery lava pit today." He says proudly.

IF he'd known there was a SPider-Kid in the car, he probably still would have called the floor is lava. But he'd have prefaced it by shouting 'no powers'. But Hiro isn't the best at going on anything but impulse, so now he's climbing up onto one of the chairs in the room.

"Was it a problem before?" He doubts it very much, Peter Parker.
