Mostly? He's a cynical trouble prone brat who's older than he looks. And with a habit of taking out criminals by kicking soccerballs really hard at them.

XD, a soccerball to the face is his preferred way to deal with criminals. Or people who really,really annoy him.

Closet in the gym car filled with sports equipment. And if canon equipment ever becomes available in the shop, he had a belt that could carry several deflated soccerballs and inflate them when needed.

He's one of those characters that runs around using all kinds of secret gadgets. A sedative dart gun in his watch, elastic suspenders, glasses that double as night vision/trackers/binoculars, a voice changer in his bowtie, a motorized skateboard that can keep up with car chases....

Except he lost all but the shoes when he got dragged here.

Oh no! This would all be pretty awesome to see though or if he can have help somehow reconstructing these gizmos and gadgets as those would be pretty darn great to have during missions.

He'd be MVP of his team ^^
