This month is the month of Quicksand. Days can be found here.
The thought of the month is "I would rather walk with a friend in the dark, than alone in the light."
This means: Any thread where you tag new CR will earn you two bonus points in March and April.
Threads that fulfil this criteria can be submitted during April AC. You may find it easier to keep a tracking list of threads for easy compiling of bonus AC.
The ingredient of the month is Pineapple. Recipes are here. All the ingredients can be found in the storeroom, refreshed at the platform, and characters are welcome to make other food with them.

The following changes have been voted on this month:
~ The cinema now has allows characters to watch documentaries. It is an eclectic mix of subjects from sports to history of random worlds to 'how it works' series.
~ Each new character will now arrive with a basic first aid kit- the contents are adjusted for species. It also includes some basic painkillers suited to the character as well as any medication that character requires. Old characters will also be receiving the same and regular refills will arrive just like with the wash kits.
~ There is now a selection of meat in the stores including venison, chicken, turkey, bacon, turkey bacon and cod. These will be refreshed each month.

Other Info
~ As can probably be guessed, we are at a part in the plot where the stakes are ramping up quite a bit. We are nearing the end of 'chapter four' of the game which will come to a climax in April. We will make sure that there is time after April for characters to catch their breath and recoup but its going to be a bumpy couple of months (for the characters not for you players, hopefully you guys are going to have a blast...)

Exactly how it works is explained in detail on that page but it is a way for passengers to band together to buy larger or longer term items, including carriages themselves. Everyone gets 5 votes to start and new characters will be allowed to swap their initial 3 points for a vote if wish in their first month only.
~ From next month the voting pool will close for votes at the same time as AC closes and re-open when the platform post goes up. This is to give the mods some leeway in getting new changes up in time for the info post. So make sure to get those votes in in good time!
~ We have been trying to do EMP regularly- please let us know any cast mates you would like in the thread below!

Lioriley is a talented Lunari mage specializing in alchemy (water) and mending (healing) magics. Like all Lunari she was born on a magical place of power that gave her enhanced magical abilities and the glowing lines on her skin that pulse with her heartbeat, and react to her moods by dimming or brightening. She is gentle and motherly and a huge nerd who wants to learn as much as she can about everyone and everything she comes across. Her past is littered with death and disaster but she heaves her own burdens without complaint to others while taking on their problems too. Could definitely kick ass but chooses not to.
Plans:
★ During the rescue mission Lioriley compiled her own personal list of the passengers, taking names from the roster, asking around herself, and recruiting people to give her basic information on people she didn't know or couldn't pin the location of. She primarily used it for the rescuing so she knew who went home, who tethered, etc. But she still has it and while i probably won't have her use it overmuch, i just wanted to make people aware that she might recognize people from pictures or catch names even when not introduced prior. Shes also going to update it on platforms and will continue to keep notes on people she talks to. If you want to avoid this lmk but tbh im an idiot and might forget myself half the time so LOL.
★ Shes going to be a common face in the medical and library cars, and very rarely in her cabin unless forced to do a sleep.
★ also, besides the forced sleep the train demands, she will be dragging herself around regardless because everyone is more important than her.

Haha yeah she talks like a woman who's seen a lot of shit and has been around a while so the image in my head is math equations floating around rezos head while he tries to figure out why the small lady is talking like an old bitch is hilarious.
Also if he ever mentions wanting a cure for his blindness she'd totally try and help him??? Just don't...mention that other bad shit. Or do. Cause i love drama.

Rezo doesn't really get mental images since he has never learned how to use eyesight at all but if he had he'd probably imagine Lioriley looking something like this for a while. (Except her voice probably doesn't quite have that wavery, older person quality.)
He probably won't mention that mainly because he knows what the cure is now and unfortunately, as far as he's aware, the cure sucks. He will be interested to know if Lioriley could potentially kill a god though!
As for the, uh, crimes, he won't bring them up first but if she's persistent about prodding he may slip a few things and he won't try to deny anything if she directly asks things like "Hey this person told me you did X, Y, and Z, is this true?"

good and bad news, as interested as she is in people and learning about them and their worlds and their backstories and shit shes of the mind that if she pries to hard theyll ask about her in turn. and while she doesnt have any horrific crimes to confess to, she also doesnt like talking about herself because she is sad and her world is garbage and makes her even more sad LOL. but you know. it could happen! i just wing everything!!
