Event: Tickets Please
On Day 25 passengers are woken to be informed that they have been borded by ticket inspectors. Cabin doors are locked and so passengers are trapped in their rooms. If a character can walk through walls/teleport etc that power is still active, however if they are wearing their SCA it will begin blinking orange the moment they do so. If they still wish to continue out of their rooms please let me know!
The event has gone up slightly early to give characters time for initial reactions. NPC threads will start tomorrow.
Trapped!
Feel free to react and interact with your roommates in individual or joint threads to the feeling of dread and being trapped before their cabin door opens and the inspector enters. Just post under your room number to start! The event log is here!
Ticket Inspection.
Inspectors will be travelling down the carriages starting at 1:A but all threads will be written at the same time.
Inspectors will start a new top level underneath the Room top level. When the inspector tags the room thread each member of the room can reply in any order but please keep it in one thread! Once everyone has replied or enough time has passed the inspector will tag again. Please only tag once per 'round' to keep things simple. Tagging order between roommates does not need to be the same each round, just tag when you are able! Don't worry if you miss a round, just jump in the next one.
As an example:
Inspector Initial start> Character A> Character B> Character C> Character D> Inspector> Character D> Character B> Character A> Character C> Inspector> Character B> Character D> Character C> Character A etc
Onward
Characters will be trapped in their rooms for the majority of Day 25, there is an aftermath thread on the event post for when the inspectors leave and characters are released.
For some that is the end of the ordeal, the feeling of dread fades, they can no longer hear the creepy music unless they are in the spaces between the carriages. Life goes back to normal.
For others however the feeling lingers, they find themselves on edge, jumping at the slightest sound. A heightened sense of anticipation. The music can be heard in moments of quiet and sometimes if they pass a window they may swear that out of the corner of their eye they can see figures staring in at them from the void. If they spin around, look out of the window, there is nothing. Just the shifting colours.
This feeling might be constant, it might come and go. It is up to you as a writer but effects will be in place to play with until the turn of the month. Distractions might be in order...

Questions?
Re: Questions?
What happens? :D

Even though she will be away from everyone else's fear once she leaves the sleeper cabins the feeling of dread within herself will grow- just like before it can be rationalised. But it's the sort of feeling you get when you are already freaked out and then go into the cellar alone...
If she is teleportation to the quiet coach she will probably get about half an hour to an hour of peace before the inspectors come looking for her. If she is phasing into the corridor and then walking she will probably get intercepted on the way.
Either way their first move will be to order her back...
If escaping to the quiet coach is what Raven is doing go ahead and post a top level to the event post itself with what she is doing and I will throw an NPC at you when I do the rounds (once I wake up it is definitely bed time over here!)

Btw, her powers HAVE gone haywire before with her fear, and it was pretty terrifying/epic. Feel free to poke me if you want for ideas and/or things to help
torture the others

Well that sounds interesting! Are you meaning projecting fear or images etc? We could definitely do an additional thing that people could opt into.

It'd depend on how things go. ^^ How things went in the episode was the Titan's watched a horror movie, and Raven denied that she was scared of it. So later that night, they're all woken up by alarms going crazy. Then the titans start vanishing 1 by 1, along with some other spooky stuff. Later, once Raven admits that she IS afraid, but she can also fight back. Admitting to herself she's afraid allows her to control her powers once more, and everything is revealed. Link to the episode on the wikia
She's past that point, from when I pulled her from. Her crisis she's dealing with is that her status as the 'gem' has been revealed to her friends. That is, the gem-by-which her father, Trigon--a super big bad demon, will invade Earth. Raven doesn't want anything to do with his plans, but been led to believe it's inevitable. ^^
I'm open to suggestions and hints--as Raven herself wants to do good, and BE a good guy and good person. Bu depending on how things go, her powers can make things fun.

If you do want to add Raven-created monsters in the aftermath/rest of October that's fine! She wouldn't be able to make people disappear (though she could randomly move them around the train). Just let me know and I will let people know.

Jessie will wake up in her bedroom (no matter where she went to sleep). If she has ways to get through locked doors she can leave but her SCA will beep and flash orange.
Once the inspectors are gone she can leave the cabin and then could go to the luggage carriage (until then she may bug her roommates by nervously smoking in the room?)

Re: Questions?
Question 2: they can't leave but is anything interfering with the telepathic connection Fëanor and his sons have? He'd like to speak with them without risking that whatever is out there would overhear.

Nothing is interfering with the telepathic connection. He'd be able to speak to his family. The choral singing probably floats in and out the connection though, like static on a line.

He needs it to get in the room (though he could have tailgated Gwen or just been teleported) so it is possible he's left it.
The answer is Trouble (with a capital T), let's hope he remembers where he put it!
