I don't really know? It probably depends on the kid. I just... I had some stuff I was dealing with as a kid, and I guess I used that as an escape once in a while. It sounds embarrassing now.

It's really not that embarrassing. If someone is not having such a great life then that want or longing to be able to escape or have someone come take you away is honestly... normal. At least that I now understand myself.

Take it from someone who wanted to escape a horrible place as a kid. It's something I wanted myself.
