We hope everyone had a fun month! Some information for your ongoing journey.
IC Month
This month is the month of Merriment. Days can be found here.
The thought of the month is "Nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something".
This means: Any thread where you tag into another character's post or top level will earn you two bonus points during July and August.
Threads that fulfil this criteria can be submitted during August AC. You may find it easier to keep a tracking list of threads for easy compiling of bonus AC.
The ingredient of the month is coconut. Recipes are here. All the ingredients can be found in the storeroom, refreshed at the platform, and characters are welcome to make other food with them.
This month’s chore assignments are:
Blue: Cleaning bedrooms and passenger areas
Purple: Meal Preparation
Red: Laundry
Orange: Cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
The Train
As a reminder, you can list things that characters have added to the train here. Just comment under the header of the carriage to which you are adding. There is also a handy spreadsheet here!
When passengers return to the train after picking up new arrivals they will find sleeper carriage 5 has been removed- the four passengers from that carriage have been reassigned to different cabins, though no room-mates have been split up.
They is a slight change to the armoury- additional communal lockers- one for each team and a multi team locker. Information about that can be found on the settings page and the list of communal supplies can be found here.
Important Dates
This month’s event will be a train event running between the 12th and 17th of August.
The TDM will be posted on the 17th. Reserves will open on the 19th. Apps are between the 22nd and the 29th, and AC will run between the 23rd and 30th.

The shop has been updated with Large Items. Points have been updated on the roster.
Our new players (and old players who want a refresher) might find it useful to read gameplay before the platform. As always the mods are happy to answer any questions you might have.

Rapunzel | Tangled
About them: A cheerful if a bit naive girl who on the train has managed to gain confidence to be able to stand up for herself if needs be, has been able to understand her own living situation was not at all great, but also found that she is more than happy to fight for her friends while wielding her trusty frying pan. Basically within the time she has been here she has gone through a lot and is just thankful for the train for letting that happen.
Plans: Rapunzel finally turned 18 a short while ago but I did nothing about that. However I did want Rapunzel to make lanterns for whatever the next world might be. Because tradition and all. They always came on her birthday. Apart from that I don't have a lot. She will though have the ability to use her hair as a shield due to the last world once she finds out and trains to do that. Now she can heal and protect. Also can hit pretty hard with a frying pan, she can do it all.
CR wanted: I like having Rapunzel find family within her CR she pretty much feels like everyone she is friends with is her little family. But more CR will help a lot.
