Immune -- what does that end up looking like? Lapis uses water more as physical force than anything. There are a couple examples of this here (beginning at 1:00) or here (beginning at 3:36).

So I wouldn't say that Lapis is immune to water attacks herself -- more that she's much more likely to be able to counter or negate. (Or turn it right back on the source.)
