Adult Ballroom Social - Blind Date OOC Signup

Hello, all. Cassie's planned Adult Ballroom Social is going to be happening on the 3rd of Kalimba (or whatever the month will end up being called). Based on feedback, in addition to the IC signup that Cassie has posted, I'm now including an OOC signup here, to allow characters who either a) aren't joining until the start of next month, or b) would never sign up IC-ly themselves, but might be "volunteered" by someone else, to participate.
