He's a comics nerd so there's a possibility he maaay recognize her. I can always handwave that he doesn't though!

He can recognize some of the names she drops but she was never in the comics. Always offscreen or something XD;;

No worries! He usually only guesses they're related by association to other characters anyways. He didn't know Peter Parker was the Peter Parker until he mentioned the Hulk.
