Orange Team meeting OOC Post
While we’ve put up an IC post for Orange meeting, we feel an OOC post is also needed.
Basically, to summerise what the IC post is: It’s an Orange team mingle, with the Leaders -Eva and Curufin- looking for volunteers to take up the following roles:
Junior Team Leads- basically, help out with the team and be ready to step up in the event the Leads (Eva and Curufin) are incapacitated somehow.
Quartermasters- basically those who look after the team’s Arms Band and manage mission supplies. At least two are wanted, and ideally, it'd be a lead and a junior, but whatever works is good.
Lead and Junior Medics - basically, the teams often get separated via colour on the missions. This role is basically medic as needed. Magic is not required. At least two are wanted, and ideally, it'd be a lead and a junior, but whatever works is good.
Comms people - What it says on the tin. People to watch (and in the case of All to Orange, manage?) Orange Team Comms/The comms in general. The leads and Junior Leads should be around to help to the best they can, but OOC life happens.
If there’s more roles that should be created, please speak up. It is important to note that these roles are NOT first come first served and at least two per role is ideal.

He would also suggest a Welcome Wagon of sorts, a couple of people who scoop up newbies and give them information, even with the welcome guide because not everyone's gonna read that, not to mention it might be nice to have a friendly face when they arrive.
He does not volunteer for that.

If others are incapacitated, he can be very good at synchronizing people and getting them to safety, but he will not try for an official junior lead position because he sometimes loses focus so doesn't consider himself reliable.

Anyone who wants to poke her on the log to help this decision process along is appreciated.

Bulma would definitely volunteer herself as a Junior team lead! Best brains in the business by her estimation and all

His only suggestion is to use a small portion of his spare parts collection to hold repairs classes, so anyone who doesn't currently have those skills can learn them to at least a basic level if they want. Orange seems to get stuck with that most missions, and if people can handwave it their characters can have more to do?

Clef could be left in charge of supplies as a quartermaster if you want for before and after missions, but if you need someone for during he will sadly be less reliable, as he tends to go off and fight his own way and forgets the whole team aspect.
Najaran and Spark are sadly not fit to volunteer for any of these roles.

Takato wants to help, but he also recognizes that the roles being mentioned are not things he's good at. He was technically the leader of his team back home, but he doesn't really consider himself a leader, if that makes sense. He's probably best in some kind of fighting/defense/search and rescue type role.
Conan is willing to help, especially since Eva knows his identity and some of what he is capable of. But again, not a great match for any of the roles. If detectives are needed, he gladly volunteers. In the meantime.... Apparently emergency first aid is something he knows a lot about, and he'd be willing to share that knowledge.

Siebren will also not be volunteering for any official position, but will be happy to help in whatever capacity he can.
