More of a DE-buff, but effects and attacks aimed against Ea-nasir are weakened, (often though not always to comical extremes.) Against individual enemies this probably won't be noticed, since it'll only affect the ones directly against Ea-nasir, but against something with wide effect or against say a single boss-type enemy fighting a bunch of allies and including Ea-nasir, it will probably be. Noticeable.
