Roland is one of the current Purple Team Leads and I will try my best to get a TL up during missions that specify Preparation stages before teams disembark, which involve mission debriefing apart from the ones they see on the SCA. It's a general are-you-ready opportunity/here-are-some-reminders chance that Roland will bring up to the team, as well as a check on who won't be joining Purple missions since he encourages talented folks to switch roles if they feel they're more useful there. It's safe to assume he'll be doing this throughout each mission. There will also be a reminder to stock up on supplies if they have not already gotten a hold of it.

Additionally, as soon as the SCA network is online, he'll be active on both channels For Teams and For Everyone. For the channel specific to Purple, he'll ask for updates and if there's anything unusual happening with regards to their mission directives; for the channel open to all, he'll ask if anyone needs more Purple help and will keep his ears on the ground for significant developments that affect everyone, regardless of team colors.

Lastly, he is also a member of the Black Squad and will be glad to either explain its function, or jump to a character's rescue during a mission if needed. The SCA network will be perfect to get in touch with him for this.
