Mod Announcement.
Hey everyone, mod team here! A few points we feel we need to bring up:
~ Discord chat etiquette. We'd like to remind everyone to use content warnings or spoiler tags for upsetting or sensitive subjects. If such a discussion is going to be detailed in nature please take it to DMs. If a subject is upsetting you, please let others know, and likewise if you are made aware of this, please respect the request.
~ We have had to give out some warnings for rule-breaking and undesirable behaviour. We are also aware that there has been behaviour in the past that has made players uncomfortable that was not brought to our attention at the time. Player feedback is valued, if you have any issues or misgivings that are spoiling your enjoyment of Voidtreckers, either regarding other players or how the game is being run, please contact us either via the mod contact page or via our contact info, found on the same page.
~ We are stepping in to disband the player-run Council group. While we are happy to support all player initiatives this one has unfortunately became a source of stress IC and OOC. Furthermore we feel that having a system that relies on a small group of players being active in order for things to happen puts undue stress on those players as well as not being very workable with a fluctuating player base that welcomes new members every month. We are working with those whose characters are currently on the council to help smooth the IC decision making.
