I swear I remember you saying you were bringing him onto the train somewhere on Plurk, but clearly I forgot... Lol.

The Phoenix can definitely befriend him, though she won't be around the platform come platform day this time around after that lovely mission we just had where people got hurt. (I'm still at the beginning of TGCF so idk all he's capable of but if he can sense she's not human and that she's a phoenix, he can feel free to point it out to Willow)
