re: Blue Team Leadership Changes
Just a heads up! After much discussions, both IC and OOC... Gladio has seen the logic of becoming the Blue Lead, since he was the only Blue Co-Lead left on the team. With that in mind..
Some things will change!
Namely, Piccolo and WangJi will be asked to be Leads with him. A Three-man Leadership Team (he really dislikes the term 'co-leads'). Piccolo will be asked mid-battle, WangJi will be asked either at the missions conclusion or once on the train. Bucky will be asked if he'd like to remain, but will decide he will stay with Purple but will be on hand to assist when needed (I think?).
A few days after the mission a network post will be issued by Gladio to inform Blue Team, and those who have assigned themselves to Blue Team, of a meeting! And a few days after that I'll make an open post for the Blues and whoever goes on Blue missions.
Romeo and Madoka will make snacks!
The meeting will just be a way to touch base, let the team know the changes, and... Gladio will want to chat to each person on the blue team and adjacent. This can be threaded or handwaved, just lemme know which you'd prefer!
Gladio would really like to try his best to assign everyone on the team roles within the team, if he can! So would like to talk to people to get to know them more, strengths and weaknesses, views, any ideas they have, so on! So roles will be simple. Support, defensive and offensive. Some people will have a few roles within the team, depending on where their strengths lie. Some will be buddied up with others during the offensive parts of missions. And after these big missions, a few days after when things have settled down, there will be a blue team mission. Gladio will try and make these a regular thing for any new blue members they get!
And, just like when Ignis was about, Gladio would like to keep the tradition of a Welcome Committee on platform day. So he'll make a point of greeting any new blues that arrive. If anyone would like to join him, maybe someone who isn't over 6 foot and built like a brick out house...
Someone who might not be as intimidating? That would be amazing! ^^

He is also very supportive of his hubby and will be happy to assist the other two leads equally, but in a different way [innocent/evil grin?] ...but not as Secretary. Seriously, his handwriting...no.
He also suggests if Gladio wants to look less threatening to new members, he should ask Madoka if he can wear Maru on his shoulder and if he can borrow Jou's pony or Lan Zhan's bunny. Animals help. A lot.

As for animals, Maru would most likely be sat on Madoka's shoulder, though he'd be happy to jump on Gladio's head as well lol. I think having two pretty girls flanking him should be good enough to make him look approachable and welcoming, I hope!

He is good as a support/ offense as a sniper or going into battle with someone else. He is a mechanic too, so he can help if the missions ever include machines or things to pilot. He's sort of a support animal?
But really, he'll be happy to help however he can, including the welcome committee. Just don't let him cook.
