Orange Exploration

Below are the floors of the facility that orange team is exploring.

The building itself is made of a stark metal, corridors are wide and many of the inside walls are made of glass. Though there is an outer fence and warning signs to say they are entering a restricted space the gates are not locked, nor is the door. Indeed there don’t seem to be any locks. The floors are connected by a set of elevators (shown as red blocks on the maps).

To explore an area please reply under the comment and give the number of the area on the map you wish to explore.

Each character may request TWO searches per IC day- though they may be in threads with others exploring and searching other places. This is to make sure everyone has a chance to search!

Can Alice take the robot? Does the robot work?

Also, Alice will take a look at the gemstone under the magnifying lamp.

Yes! There is a switch underneath to turn it on. When she does it will say Hello I am DT your office assistant. How may I help?. It will respond to voice commands - mostly in tidying desks, pressing buttons, holding drinks in the cup holder (and keeping them warm!)

Alice can definitely take it.

The gemstone looks very pretty under the magnifying lamp, the light refracts through it in interesting ways.

No there are no gloves or anything and a tentative touch will show it does not seem dangerous. It feels rough, unpolished but it is not sharp, nor is there any kind of substance on it that might hurt her.

It is rather large (a Terran could hold it in one hand, a human would probably need two and an Alice would be able to lift it, but will probably want to put it in her bag or get a friendly adult to carry it!)

Alice is also taking the gemstone! (We all saw this coming). She will put the gemstone in her bag and kind of struggle to get it back to everyone.

Blue! A shade a little like this though obviously it is a random alien gem!
