Handwaved Pokemon CR??
What it says on the tin, with the added bonus of finding out what the pokemon think of your character.
So, Eva's pokemon are generally free-roaming around the train, though one tends to be with/on her at all times. One does not need CR with Eva to have CR with her pokemon! But, in TL;DR:
None of the pokemon'll chase any pets on the train. They thoroughly leave the pets alone and generally try to flee from any fights that may happen.
Princess- is that one sassy brat who thinks he can get away with everything because he's cute and adorable. But, will generally, not always, leave someone alone if they threaten to get Eva. Prone to biting if disturbed when sleeping. Here is a good idea of his hijinks.
Dancer- a polite, elegant bird who keeps to herself. Quiet and unobtrusive and about the opposite of Princess in every way. Partial to high places and can seemingly sleep anywhere. Will allow pats and may ride on a shoulder if it's offered. Runs warmer than expected because she's part fire-type, and can end up something of a mini-heater.
Lele- the creepy, what is personality? option. Outside the fact it hovers and bobs in the air there's very little to indicate it's alive. That said, by now people should have either heard themselves or via word of mouth that Lele's an artificial pokemon with 'a very basic AI'. Lele can speak, but never without Eva present. It can create holograms.

That and pink fur everywhere. And the never-ending dispute over the ownership of the laundry basket whenever it's Red Team's turn to do it.
Fëanor tolerates all the pokemon with a surprising amount of patience but Princess is king, and he gets treated as his royal status deserves. Meaning can get away with A LOT MORE. That no doubt gets exploited without mercy...
However, if he gets on Fëanor's nerves too much Eva might be getting a pair of pink mittens. No pokemon will ever be harmed in the process, all Fëanor needs to do is to collect enough of the pink fur that Princess leaves all over the cabin to able to spin some thread out of it, and then weave or knit it into mittens.
Finally, drop this item of eternal shame on the unsuspecting owner.
There is literally no amount of effort he won't expend to enact his "revenge" if he's bored enough.
