Crisis On… A Ship!

The train has a game carriage and the VR video games are always popular. A good way to relive boredom as well as teaching some good skills.

Crisis on...This game can be played with two to four players. It is essentially a crisis simulator mixed with an escape room. You can chose the scenario (the bridge of a space ship, a camp in a jungle, a high rise building, a sailing ship etc) and you are thrown into the middle of a crisis of some kind. Teamwork and a cool head are important as is using the surroundings wisely.

Ahoy there! You and your small crew are on board a sailing ship in the middle of an ocean. But you are being chased by an enemy ship and there’s a storm brewing! There are many roles for you to chose from and different puzzles and problems to be solved. Batten down the hatches, flee the enemy ships and if necessary man the canons! Bring yourselves and your crew to harbour safely.

Dressing up

The upcoming mission is one in space and the void treckers have been told to blend in. The dressing room has been opened and what awaits them looks like it walked out of a old science fiction film. Shoulder pads, metalic colours. Everything over the top, ridiculous and not practical at all.

Yet the mission brief said to fit in. So swallow your pride and try and find outfits that aren’t too ridiculous. Or go all out and make the most of it, it’s not every day you can wear elaborate outfits after all.

Space Battle

As perhaps the outfits had suggested this world is an odd one, the outfits given to the voidtreckers make them some of the most subtle dressed people in the space city. Big, bold and loud. But the crisis is clear, an enemy force attacking this city filled with non combatants and children.

Team One

Space fighting time! The space ships are designed for two so voidtreckers will need a partner. There’s not much time to train so it will be mostly learning on the job, but it’s fine. The voidtreckers job is mostly to make up numbers, to split the enemy’s focus whilst those that know how to pilot go in to defeat the enemy.

Team Two

The problem with space battles is, there are a lot of injuries and a lot of damaged space ships. The space city is not one that has a large military so damaged ships need to be fixed as quickly as possible.

Help out the engineers. It might be the voidtreckers know a little about repairing ships themselves but even if they don’t, extra pairs of hands are always useful.

Team Three

This city is loud, bustling and full of life. But with the battle raging outside everyone needs to stay safe. Help people get to shelters. Clear the streets and begin the evacuation, though hopefully a full evacuation won’t be needed.

Space Disco

Enemies vanquished, this city does what it apparantly does best. That is, party. The music is way too loud, different songs out of each building, people dance in the streets, lights flash far too fast. There is strange street food to try, new dances to learn and a victory to celebrate.

Quatre felt like his heart was racing as well. At least, butterflies in the stomach. "This is. Thank you for asking me."

"Thank you for saying yes." Trowa was sure he was blushing madly, he could feel the heat in his cheeks. Thankfully the lights were low. "I think I'm finding more and more to enjoy about peace times." His words were just above a whisper, almost like he hadn't intended them to be spoken.

Quatre didn't see the blush since his head was still on Trowa's shoulder. To be honest, he was blushing as well. This was nice, so very nice. Also the low lights made it easy to not spot each other bluhsing.

"I think I am as well. And not having as much to do."

"Not having much to do now and then is good." Maybe it was the hormones talking, since he was still a teenager, or maybe it was the mood of the party, but Trowa kind of wanted to kiss Quatre. He just...needed to find his courage, first.

"It is. I wish it could happen more often. Business never sleeps, unfortunately." And neither does he sometimes. He stepped back a little so that he would be able to see Trowa's face again, but he didn't move completely away.

Those eyes were going to get him in trouble. Ocean blue and catching the low lights just right, Trowa's resolve crumbled. He'd never kissed anyone before, only occasionally caught glimpses of other couples doing it. But he was willing to try. Closing the distance, he pressed his lips to Quatre's.

Trowa's eyes were likely to get Quatre in trouble at some point too. But at the moment, he was curious as Trowa moved closer only for... oh! Trowa was kissing him. He was surprised, but a good surprised and after a moment, he kissed back.

Trowa was almost positive his heart stopped as Quatre kissed him back. He might have made a soft noise of happiness as he did his best to deepen the kiss. He had no idea what he was doing, but it felt so wonderful.

Quatre didn't know what he was doing either to be fair. What did one do when they were kissed for the first time? What did you do with your hands? After a moment of no knowing what to do, he brought his arms up to put them on Trowa's arms. It felt wonderful kissing him, but that thought had just randomly crossed his mind.

A small, happy noise escaped Trowa's throat as warm hands rested on his arms. After a few moments, he finally broke the kiss to look down at Quatre. He couldn't stop smiling, even with color running high on his cheeks.

Quatre was smiling too. He couldn't stop himself. He'd always liked Trowa and to know the other liked him as well in that way.

"That was nice."

Trowa's hand came up to softly cup Quatre's cheek. "It really was. I've never...that was..." He'd never kissed anyone before, but he was blushing too much to get the words out.

"I never have either. Well, aside from family members, but that's completely different." Quatre wasn't concerned at all. There had to be a first time for everything, right? Even kissing.

"Very different." Trowa could help agreeing. Leaning in, he dared to kiss the blond again just because.

Quatre kissed him again, not at all hesitant or unsure about it. He definitely wanted to kiss him. He moved to loop his arms around Trowa's shoulders.

A happy sound came from the back of Trowa's throat, almost drowned out by the music around them. He slid his hands around Quatre's waist, holding him close and savoring the kiss.

Quatre could barely hear the sound, but the same time, he felt it. His space heart helped him feel how Trowa felt so he knew without completely hearing it. He stayed there in that embrace, kissing Trowa back. A light hum of happiness came from his lips.

Trowa felt that hum, the vibration against his lips, and it made him feel like he was floating. It wasn't until air started to become something his lungs screamed for that he broke the kiss, though he only pulled away far enough to catch his breath. He was grinning like a fool, he was sure. But he didn't care.

Quatre was grinning like a fool as well, leaning back just enough to look at Trowa and look right into his green eyes. "That was nice."

Nice? It was better than nice! It was great, but that was the only word his brain came up with at that moment with all the other thoughts of how good it had been.

"It really was." Trowa had to agree, even if the word didn't even begin to scratch the surface of how the kiss had really been. Looking around, he saw no one was paying them any attention, and an idea formed. "Want to find somewhere a little quieter?" Anywhere with less of a crowd meant that only he would get to see the color ran high in Quatre's cheeks from their kissing, even though he could only feel the heat in the blond's cheeks and not see it currently.

Quatre had turned to look at the crowd as well when Trowa did. Everyone else was so distracted at the moment with their own dancing or snacks that no one really was paying attention to them.

He looked up at the question and nodded. "I would. Let's go somewhere else."

Taking Quatre by the hand, Trowa led the blond to what he hoped would be a door to a hallway. Once they were on the other side of the door, he slowly backed the blond up agains the wall. "Much quieter out here."

Quatre followed him. It did seem that the door led to a short hallway, but once the door closed, it was much quieter than it had been before. He smiled, leaning against the wall, looking up at Trowa. "Yes, so much quieter. Much better."

He looped his arms around Trowa's neck.

Trowa was more than happy to press Quatre against the wall as he leaned in to kiss the blond again. Practice made perfect, or so the saying went, and he wanted to practice as much as possible while they had the time.

Quatre was more than willing to be pressed against the wall for Trowa to keep kissing him. Practice did make perfect and Quatre wasn't objecting to it at all. He leaned in, kissing Trowa back as he held onto him, not ready to let him go yet.
