Heh. Sounds fun. He's expecting odd and freaked out reactions. But he isn't on Earth, he has his ability to morph back. He sees no need to become a nothlit again or to morph every two hours. So yeah, he's expecting confusion and fear, but hoping peace and reason will take hold.

I had to crawl sci-fi.stackexchange for that world.

Animorphs seriously have some lore and worldbuilding that many of the proper sci-fi series I know wouldn't even blink at. I just started reading it and I'm all hmmmm that bit wouldn't feel out of place in Altered Carbon or Expanse. And that's supposed to bea kid's book. Hmmm...

Fëanor will be very interested in literally everything about their culture, customs, language, technology...as soon as he'll shake being constantly creeped out by Elfangor's second pair of eyes.

I've never heard of that site, but I am happy to answer any questions! And yeah, Animorphs.... it was written in a way that kids could read and access it, and aimed at kids, but there is a LOT of CW worthy stuff in there that we wouldn't put in front of kids these days, as well as a lot of deep world building and connections that many YA authors save for their attempts to dip their toes into more adult writing. The books were short fast reads, but emotional and often packed with new information about the story's universe.

Elfangor is happy to answer most questions, but not all. They have laws against sharing some information, and he broke those laws for Tobais' sake, but won't with his son here and safe. And hey, most Andalites are creeped out by the ability to walk on two legs without tails for balance, so.... :D

Good place for searching for sci-fi lore when I can’t find appropriate wiki ;)

Splendid. Then they can be two slightly horrified gentlemen having a polite conversation. Fëanor would break any law for his sons so he understands. He did break a few for more selfish reasons...

I'll have to check it out, thnanks!

And Elfangor has... mostly... gotten used to human anatomy, so elvish shouldn't be too different. He might ask about the ears, though.
