Passenger IC Questionnaire
[ooc: This is a questionnaire that Tony is handing out to everyone on the train both now and in the future. Please answer them IC. Also, thanks to Kinzie for doing the html.]
Congratulations! You’re now on the Void Train and no, that’s not a band name. This is, for better or worse, a new world for all of us and we’re stuck here. In order to detect patterns in these abductions, I’m conducting a survey. Please answer everything to the best of your ability. If you have any questions about the form please consult whoever is standing next to you other than me, because you should be intelligent enough to answer these very straight forward questions.

Answered Three Days after Evie's arrival.
What’s your name? Evie Grimhilde
What species are you? Human/Witch
What’s your birthday/ years you’ve been alive? I'm sixteen years old. My birthday is April 10th
How many years is the average lifespan of your particular species? 80 to 100 years, unless you're a terrible person in which case, much shorter. Evil never lasts long where I'm from.
Year you’re from: 2017
How many months in your world’s calendar? Twelve
How many days in the months? Twenty-eight to Thirty-one.
How many hours? Minutes? Seconds? 24/60/60
What was happening when you were taken from your time and woke up on the train platform? A school dance on the royal ship. We'd just chased off Uma, daughter of one of the villains of my world. Her mother is a sea-witch, and Uma takes after her mother, Ursula, so we had a lot of water onboard. It was pretty fun to dance in.
What were some of the recent big events that have occurred before you woke? Define recent? I got to leave the prison island I was born on. I opened a custom clothing store in my dorm room and it was making a lot of money. And my best friends and I saved the people we cared about from tragedy.
If you had not been taken at that point in time, would you still be alive? I'd certainly think so! It was just a little water, and everything was fine when I was pulled here.
Technology:
What is the most advanced technological device in your world? Cellphone.
Is this train something new or are there trains like this in your world? There are trains in my world. I've never been on one, but they're there.
Do you have trains, but not ones that go through the Void? None that go through the void, I think.
What is a common piece of technology you use regularly? My laptop.
Magic:
Does your world use magic? Do you use magic? Is your magic based on a device/ talisman/ lineage/ race? This is a complicated question. And the answer will probably be a short essay, so I apologize.
Years ago, years before I was born, Auradon's ruler decided to round up every villain known and stuff them on an island with a magical barrier around it. He also banned the use of magic, which I think is silly. It's just like any other tool. In the wrong hands, it could be a disaster. But in the right hands, it could do a lot of good, don't you think?
Anyway, magic is heavily outlawed. So much so that the barrier around the Isle acts as a sort of power dampener. No one on it can use magic. Off the island is another matter, but no one uses magic. People are afraid of it. I can understand why, but to a point. The people on my island were very fond of using it to cheat, steal, hurt or kill people.
But the people off the island, if they'd just understand that not all magic is bad, they could do a lot of good to help people.
I can use magic, but it's something I'm still learning, so I use it sparingly. I have my best friends spellbook, and knowledge my mother taught me.
Inventory:
What items were in your rucksack upon waking? Specifically, did anything come with you from your home world? If so, what was it? My best friend's spellbook was right at the bottom, right under all of the polos and clothing given to me upon boarding. All of the spells inside were written with the intention to hurt people, so I'll be reworking them so they can't be used against anyone onboard.
