Day to Day Details:

Who do they spend the most time with? No one specifically. He has not been here long enough to form bonds! Possibly anyone hanging out in the Gym carriage though.
Where can they usually be found? Either in the Gym or the Garden, occasionally the Standard or Quiet cars for additional meditation spots.
Are they good about chores? ...depends on the chore.

Habits:

Are they neat and organized, or a sloppy mess? Organized.
Are they an early riser or prone to sleeping in? Early riser!
Do they sleep well, or are they #teaminsomniac all the way? Headcanon states he doesn't sleep much but not from insomnia simply he doesn't feel the need to get as much sleep as humans. So he sleeps well just not very much.
If so, what do they do when they can't sleep? He meditates. Sometimes in place of sleep.
Are they prone to any weird sleeping habits that might bug their roommates? ...the sleeper cabin is too small so he either sleeps in his cross legged sitting position or sleeps elsewhere on the train more often than not.
What do they do to keep themselves entertained on the train? He mostly meditates or trains his martial arts. Which is basically all he did back home anyway.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION!

Do they have any interesting hobbies or interests? Mostly the meditation and martial arts. Harder topics to get him into but possible: magics, mystical arts, deities, and aliens. The last is notable because he's a giant green alien himself.

Of note his martial arts training can occasionally include: flying and small ki blasts (he doesn't want to provoke the train with larger displays nor accidentally hurt anyone), telekinesis of small objects while he meditates, speeds faster than the untrained eye can follow (kinda makes it appear as if he teleports), and... maybe occasionally his limbs seem to stretch unnaturally in a spar.

Once enough time (aka more than a week) has passed, we can probably assume these two have meditated in the same spot at the same time at least once.

Nita is less surprised by aliens than she is by fellow humans at this point, so if they get to talking about intergalactic relations and/or magic it could go many interesting ways!

I imagine a small group of meditators (I am making up this word, spellcheck, bite me) kinda rotate in and out of sessions being had wherever is the easiest place to meditate. XD Because there are suddenly a lot more of them.

Piccolo is relatively clueless about these things but he might be interested to learn more! He may figure it might help in the long run. Also, I kinda need someone to push him into his magic if that wants to get out anyway. He's not big on it but there are some great potentials to it that DB never bothers with (like a lot of other things it does not bother with sadly).

But anyway, yes, Nita can definitely ask him how his ki-sense works. Wizardry has its parallels with ki, but at least in YW-verse it's a separate force.

It can, however, tap into ki and similar mind-body-energy sources of power for use in spells.

It's different in DB verse as well. Although it is completely different and ki does not affect magical abilities. Ki in their world is more of a way to gauge one's physical strength.

Piccolo does not think about his usages of magic he just sort of...does it when he wants. Mostly he uses it to create physical matter out of thin air. Clothing usually. (This is why he is wearing his canon outfit rather than train outfit.)
