About you: She/her, on EST, thirtysomething librarian - but let's be honest, I mostly plurk about Hibiki. I also have a bad habit of getting into obscure trading card games that promptly go out of print.

Character: Hibiki Shikyoin
Canon: PriPara, which is a silly children's idol show that somehow somebody let the guy who writes the JoJo's anime work on. I had OU Hibiki here briefly when the game started, but this version is from thefarshore, where she 1) became the god Apollo 2) created an army of adorable stuffed animal robot goats with spy cameras for eyes 3) roped Elfnein into showbiz 4) had this encounter, among other disasters, with the mighty forces of Overlord Zetta. Dood.
Cabin and team: 5:A; she's back on Orange Team. DID YOU MISS HER
Little bit about them: Hibiki is An Actor in a show that builds its characters around their schticks, and...hooboy. She's an extremely Extra entertainment juggernaut (and old-money business conglomerate heir, and "Mister Handsome Universe Prince of the Year", and occasional phantom thief) whose enormous ego has only been bolstered by ascending to godhood in her CRAU. She has a traumatic Cartoon Villain Backstory about Friendship, only knows how to interact with other people by flirting with them or yelling at them, is So Incredibly Fancy And Celeb that people being absurd - and especially people using cutesy suffixes on their sentences - makes her physically ill, commits to her Prince aesthetic to the point that (until I had to clear out her inventory to fit more goats on the train) she carries around a spare glove to challenge people to duels, and has gone all-in on the belief that All The World's A Stage. Basically, this is Hibiki. And that's terrible.
Hopes and dreams: Hibiki is hoping to use being on the train as a "printergalactic" tour to earn even more worshippers. I am hoping to continue throwing her into ridiculous situations as a result. Please assist me.

it's okay, madoka's heart is big and full of love and acceptance even for the most ridiculous of people...

(although hibiki will probably make her freak out in worry at least once or twice lbr)

I also just realized I will be able to type "Maa-doka" if the goats take a liking to her. This is a simple pleasure, but makes me happy.

Good to know; I shall keep that in mind! Is the Manual legible for non-magic folks, or is there anything else about it I should know if the goats ever happen upon it and present it to Maa-ster for investimaa-tion?

It won't make itself legible to Hibiki - though the Speech is a learnable language, if she asks Nita (or Dairine) and they show her the syllabary - but having the goats spontaneously utter phrases in the Speech would be amusing!

... If Hibiki decides to take the Wizard's Oath, though (which would be in English; I've got it stickied on Nita's journal here), that would be cause for a player plot.

Assuming it even works. XD The Powers don't seem to have jurisdiction over the Void Ministry! As far as I know.

A fair point! The goats, alas, are mute - they're robots, yes, but it's more like there's robot wiring inside adorable little stuffed animal bodies. They do their best to communicate regardless.

Hibiki will probably just be more nosy than anything else if Nita happens to catch her eye. She likes knowing things about people and being smug about it. Smug is the default setting, honestly.

I will look forward to bouncing Hibiki off your characters....she's so cartoony (due to being from a gag canon) I imagine that will either be really funny or else an awkward IC experience for all involved.
