Test Drive Meme 007
1. Post with your character. I’ve written out some prompts but feel free to make up your own, you have a whole train to play with!
2. Assume they have been around long enough for threads to jump right into the action!
3. Have much fun!
Happy testing!
Void Trecking
The thing about being on a train hurtling through void space is there’s not much to see. Outside the window lies an endless void of kaleidoscope colours shifting and swirling. It’s probably best not to stare at it too long. Do so and you might start to imagine order in it. Shapes, places, even figures. But your eyes shift... Back to chaos. Probably best you do something else other than stare out the window. Or convince your fellow passengers that void watching leads to headaches!
Board Games
The game carriage is full of games. Every board game imaginable from silly party games to serious strategy games that last for hours. There are a disproportionate amount of games about trains.
Grab some friends, grab a game and some beanbags and get playing! Dive into a world of deck building or play a silly card game. A great way to alleviate boredom.
Happy Holidays
You have arrived in a place which might remind you of Victoria London if Victoria London had floating palaces and was ruled by wizards.
Their rule is strict and any kind of Winter celebration is banned. You have been called by a group of rebels to help with an underground celebration.
Team One
Distraction. Be out in the city, keep watch. If the guards get anywhere near the secret entrances distract them. Perhaps by being a lost tourist. Perhaps by causing mayhem. Make sure the organisers and party goers can arrive without a hitch.
Team Two
A party is not complete without food. The party is being held underground and there isn't much in the way of kitchens and do help bake in people's houses and smuggle the food across the city. Careful of guards.
Team Three
The venue needs decorating and the presents need wrapped. It might be an underground bunker but everyone is determined to make it the best festival ever, despite the risks. Help make it happen!
Party
Of course after all that hard work there is time to celebrate before you must board the train once more.
Eat drink and be merry!

Clara glances over to him, a frown on her face. "So we're just going to leave these people without truly helping them? We've done more in less time."
Throwing a celebration for a group of rebels is all well and good but they could try to bring the winter celebrations back for everyone.
no subject
"Oh c'mon Clara. When I have I ever just done as I was asked? No, no. We'll get the party ready, maybe do a bit of dancing and then sneak off to see what's really going on. Time to steal Christmas back from the Grinch."
no subject
"Just have to get some dancing in, don't you?" She can't help but laugh happily. In the next moment, Clara is pulling out something and holding it up to him. A black, square, familiar item that actually belongs to him in the first place. Which does bring up the question of why she has his psychic paper in the first place? "You might need this to properly sneak in."
no subject
"Well, that's lucky. Now I've got the psychic paper and my screw driver-I'm almost in good shape again. Now if I could just sort out where the TARDIS has got to..." He says contemplatively.
"So what d'you think? A quick appearance at the Party, ask a few questions and then off to do some investigating of our own?"
no subject
"You don't have the HADS set again on the TARDIS, right?" Teasing him a little bit. "I'm sure she'll turn up eventually."
Clara gives him a quick, eager nod of her head. "With hardly anyone celebrating, we'll have to be extra careful not to get caught."
no subject
"The HADS? Who'd been teaching you to fly? Did she ever forgive you for calling her a Snogbox?"
no subject
Oh. He doesn't even remember that much? Then he really is early on in their time together. "There's only one person who could teach me, isn't there? The TARDIS and I have worked things out. We get along just fine, thanks."
no subject
"Oh, that's good. I'd hate for her to still be being catty. She's really quite a gem, you know." He's not even slightly bothered by the fact she's further along then him. Time travel after all-sometimes it happens.
"Now then, what do we think? Some great tragedy ruined Christmas for the king and now everyone else must suffer?"
no subject
"Well, not sure I'd go that far but we've come to an agreement, at least." The agreement is that they both want to look after the Doctor - keep him from dying permanently and leaving the universe an emptier, hollower feeling place. As for how further along she is in the future, Clara will never say that she saw him lose this face and replace it with another.
She hums thoughtfully as that question. "Perhaps his wife loved Christmas and used to go big every year, then she got sick and passed away. Now it only serves as a painful reminder of her." Or it could be nothing like that at all but Clara can make up a story for the theory.
