IF he likes you, and you're a pal, he will not only valiantly play fair, he will call out other cheaters...

BUT if he's setting a gambling ring for the undead, out of boredom, then everything's possible. (And it's not REALLY cheating, because there is nothing in rules he set up that says magic is banned SO! )
