Brief Ideas: Yondu wants to set up some electric fencing around some of the communities with a long term energy source. Something to deter the aggressive animals from getting in and the tame ones from getting out. Just your average strength electric fence, something to deter big goats and chinchillas, not like, T-Rex paddock strong.
