I vaguely cleared this in chat but I wanted to check in here with more solid ideas.
Yondu's been talking with Elidibus about establishing sandbagged areas to protect people to go to and hide in to avoid the birds until the dralites have been somewhat placated, whether tragically or not, as sand is a good sound absorber.
He's also going to talk to a few crew techs about building an electric fence around a couple of areas. This means he'll probably have to instruct people on care/maintenance. I don't know if there's a mayor/community leader/what people he'll have to go through to get this kind of thing set up. This is something I definitely need info on.
(Also, given that this will probably require long term power, he is willing to use his anulux battery for it and leave them with all the necessary care and safety info. EDIT: Also he'd inform them that with that particular power source and time, they could eventually build themselves a grid that would last them a good long while.)
