Hi! We're okay with allowing this. A hot or cold method sounds like it would be fun, and we can leave it up to you or Emet-Selch's player how many is reasonable to be made. They can be put up in the Ongoing log and a certain amount can be handwaved, but it would be good also to make an IC announcement about them too (but when you want to do it is up to you - before the new log or when it goes up).

Can the voidblobs also activate them as a potential target due to their own unusual/non-native energy? As you mentioned friendly/hostile/dangerous.
