A 'seer' huh? Well, he supposed he was. Such a small word, but it sounded like such a grandiose term for the power that had been both his gift and his curse for as long as he could remember. It felt strange to apply it to himself. He was just... Bruno.
He was briefly distracted by the talking cat getting up and leaving- he really needed to bring that up at some point in the conversation they were about to have, because it was a talking cat- but quickly refocused on the man opposite him. In contrast to Bruno, the other man seemed completely at ease, leaning back and offering him some candy. Bruno nodded and took one, though he didn't eat it right away.
"Thanks," he said. "I don't know about me being a 'seer' though. I mean, yeah, I get visions sometimes, but they're not anything like yours if you can learn about people's names and gifts from them. And speaking of names, I don't know yours yet."
"From the sound of it though, you didn't have any better luck with your visions than I did back home." He wondered if that was true for everyone who had similar powers.
