"I guess since I'm your tio, I'd be the one telling you things like that," Bruno said. "Though you should probably listen to the other grownups on the train too, unless they're telling you to do something you know is wrong or dangerous. But there's really no one like that here for me." Which, having lived under his mother's authority for so long in one form or another, was a rather liberating if also very strange thought.
